I applied for part time job from home on quick.com. On 22nd june, i received call from a girl from oc technology. She briefed me that i need to type 10000 captchas and all the terms. So, i agreed for the agreement with the company in which it was mentioned that if i fail to complete my work then i have to pay rs6900. When i downloaded the app provided by the company for work then i got to know its fraud and their company is fraud as when i reached the helpline no. Of the company thoes person not helping me instead of threatening me to pay amount. I back to back got call from 2 lawyers threatening me and they are mentally harassing me. Also, i am getting emails and messages from the company that i have to pay rs90, 000 and be present in front of judge in court with my father, etc.

Now, they have send message that internal case has been registered against me.
Please team, help me in this on urgent basis. As i am the victim of this but don't want others to fall in the same trap.

They called me by taking my data from quickrr to complete captcha work. Even i log in and started the work i did not find either it is correct or wrong and then i checked in internet finding that it is a fake company. And i do not want any kind of calls and messeges. Please help me. I called them their helpline number is switched off and they are not replying to the mails also.
My friend got call after completing the work that pay penalty charges and otherwise a case against you. She told me so i am leaving this work. Please take some serious action about the company so they will not further musguide the people.

On 24th june 2020 i got a call from a person named sunny shan([protected]) and offered me a part time job that i have to complete 10000 CAPTCHA in 10 days for this he offered me 10000/- . He asked me to send my Id proof for registration purpose, after registration he mailed me about the terms and conditions and in that if failed to submit the 10000 captchas in given time i have to pay 6900/-. I started working on that after completion of 170 CAPTCHAS the count has droped to 1 it was happened 3 to 4 times. I called them to report this but they were not answering my call from that day no one is answering my call . They waited for 10 days to complete and sent me notice regarding this payment from a fake advocate named Anirudh krishnan([protected], [protected]) they are threatening me by calls and mails that they are going to file case on me please help me to get out of this please...

Sir/madam, i had applied for online captcha entry job in 25 june 2020. They give me contract that you hv to do 10000 captcha in 10 days. And i didn't know that this company is fraud and cheats/ blackmails people. Before registering they didn't give any information about their terms and conditions after registration they provide the app and this app is not working then i immediately search for the app and i got to know that it is a fraud company and cheated many people. So i just call the executive who give me all the information about this and i said her to cancel my registration i am not going to do this job as i know they are fraud and the executive said me ok she will cancel the registration. Now, today 07 july 2020 i got a message to blackmail me that you have to pay the charges for registration and i am a student and not able to pay such amount. So, please sir/madam help me.

On 24 JUNE 2020, I applied for job in quicker . Then I got a call from a lady name "HONEY" (Which was shown in truecaller). After that they texted me in whats app about the job details and asked my adhar card which i provided. After that i realized that it will though to get 90%accuracy . So when i the advocate(in truecaller its was named fraud advocate) called i said i am not interested and cancled the agreement.
Then Today(7th JULY) i am getting mails and calls from the advocate team saying that you need to pay the registration fee.But i through this website i came to know its a fraud company, so i am not going to pay them.
Also they are threatening me saying that you to come to court in maharastra.

But the app dont work, no matter how much i type it's always 1 and the app crashes. I cannot submit anything. I told them but they didn't reply in email/ whatsapp. I tried calling them but none of their number works. And my deadline is 10 days n today is day 2 and the app still dont work. They said they will take action against me if i refuse to pay in the contract that i never signed. I tried to investigate their company and found out that many people complained about a company name o tect (They presented same case as me) and many others in screenshot and paste it. I think they change the company name as oc technology... They are fooling others and mentally torturing people. They are complete fraud. I don't want others to go through the same. I told them i will quit since the app is not working, but they are not saying anything. I think they are waiting for the 10 day to be up, to ask for money or to sent notice. They have all my information i'm scared they will use it for bad purposes.
And iam paid that amount sir 6900 but again calling me and ask for big amount 40000 to 50000 . Iam a student sir . Please help me this issue.

I was called to work for their captcha. But I was unable to work and I have intimated the same to the company but they have registered a case demanding me to pay 8250 rupees as penalty...The legal notice I received is also a fraud through a fraud advocate threatening me ...please file a case against this company so that others don’t not fall in their trap...help people who are suffering like me

Sir this early morning i was searching for jobs in quickr and i received a call from rohan saying he is from oc technology and give online job captcha entry. As i had financial crisis i agreed for the job and gave an agreement copy online and when i am about to begin the work the application is not working i complained and called about this but no response from the company then i searched for this company and came to see that it's a fraud company. They said if we can't complete the work then we have to pay 6900/- but they are not giving anywork atlast i am afraid that they will do this till the end of the deadline and ask me to pay 6900 as this is a fraud company. Will be there any issuse due to that agreement which i never signed? Those who see this complaint be careful about these fraud companies and don't go for online jobs

They are asking to pay 6900. Intially an executive called me and said that they are having online captcha jobs and to get registered they asked aadhar card. Executive sent a link and asked to enter the otp sent to my mobile. Before they didn't sent any information about penality and license agreement and terms of the company. She said that I will receive login credentials only if I answered a call from their company and told to say interested so I said interested. Later she said from tomorrow your work will be started and you will be trained on this But I haven't got any call from them regarding training after 2 days she asked me to share the login credentials I said I will not share she repeatedly askng me about credentials so I said I'm not interested I will not work because you said you will train me no one approached me for trianing so I said I'm not interested. But now I received a mail stating that they filed a legal complaint on me for not doing work and asking me to pay a sum of 6900 as a penalty. They just sent id and login but didn't provided the info where to complete the work.

I was asked to do captcha work by OC technology due to my grandfather expired i said them i wont be able to work and i asked them to cancel my profile.They said ok we will cancel but after a week they are calling me and asking for not working and asking me for making pending payment.Now am getting calls from different numbers saying they are advocate and threatening me saying they have filed case in court.
Please help me.

This is a fake company trying to pull money from innocent people.Basically they trap people in the name of captcha job.I didn't even sign the agreement, so ther's no contract at all. Still they harrassed me by providing threatening email and messages saying if you dont pay Rs 6, 900 we will file legal case against you u/s 73, 74, 75 of indian contract act 1872 . These guys should be bought to light and penalised .

Based on my research they are completely fraud and changes their company name to lure people and now they are using the government name (So people might believe them). I fear that they will not stop, targetting people.

On 27th june i applied for some jobs in quick r app. On 28th sunday i got a call from them by saying there is no fee and they will give 10, 000 captchas and they said that i will get 3 rupees for each captcha and they gave a dead line of 10 days. They said that my work will start from the next day i. E on 29th june when i started my work the captchas are not being submitted. From day 1 i am trying to do but it was not working. I i texted a message to the number who called me for offering the job. But they didn't replied. I texted them that i have problem regarding that work but they are not responding. When i googled about that oc technology i came to know that it is a fraud company. Till now they are not responding. Today it is 8th day of work. I am scared that they will call me for money at the end of the 10th day. So, i am decided to file a complaint, so that no other persons should be induced, i am attaching login id, agreement and acceptance copy that they sent me

I have applied for online home based work on quicker. On 18 June I receive a call from OC Technology K2 vapi road Gujrat. A girl told me about work. She told me that company gave me 10000 captcha for 10 days with 90% accuracy and 3 rs per correct captcha. If failed to achieve the target I must pay to company 6999 rs as a penalty amount. I agree and start the work. After 7 days I stop the work because I check it internet and I am shoked tere is no company as named oc technology. In 7 days I have complete 7000 above captcha but they show only 5000 captcha and in this catcha 1500 were wrong. 3 days ago I receive a mail to a legal court notice and said pay penalty amount of 6999 rs and other 3000 charges. Plz anyone help don't know what to do 😭

I got the call from number, [protected] (Vinod Rathore Misa) on 24th June 2020 regarding online captcha solving job where they will pay me 30k per month only Rs.6900 will be deducted from my first pay (regt fees). I asked him to email me details of job. I received email it stated only you have to work max 1 hour per day it’s very easy job. Naresh Patel ([protected] – Claims as he is govt job provider) asked me the documents via WhatsApp and gave me the link to download their app. Meanwhile they called me from [protected] and told it's their legal department and asked for my consent. After that they sent me the email of acceptance letter (There was no company name, stamp, authorized signature etc.) I though they will send another fair copy. So i started working on app. Soon realized it was not a one hour job and app had lot of issues e.g count of solved capchtas was more than what i actual solved, app freezing, capchtas not loading for hours etc. Then, I emailed them but they told me there are no issues. Soon after they blocked my access for one night. I suspected foul play so I emailed them asking for the agreement copy they ignored my question and stated no issues for app. I asked for co, address and HR details it was again ignored.
I emailed them again on next day to delete the contract if any since your email was deceiving it’s not an hour job. They did not shared the copy of an agreement but threatened me that they will send the legal notice in breach of agreement or I need to pay Rs.6900 immediately. I searched in the Google with their mobile number mentioned in app – [protected] and found out they are doing fraud business from long under various companies name. E.g - F. E services, Otprica Services, Excel network, OC technology etc.
They are hiding contract copy and not giving company location.

I applied for a captcha typing job in this company on 17 June 2020 . They made me sign an agreement sent via mail by confusing me and doing Fraud, an agreement that said if Iam unable to submit their 10000 captcha within 10 days they will they will file a legal case against me . But their application is not working since the beginning . I mailed them several times but they did nothing . Then they even stopped responding my calls, Mails and texts . After 10 days now they directly sent me a fake Legal notice to threaten me and forcing me to pay 6900 as their registration fees . They are continuously threatening me and blackmailing me for the amount and Iam stuck . Also their phone numbers are reported as spam and fraud on internet by people . Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. It's a total fraud to manipulate innocent public since neither their application was working nor they were paying heed to it. Plz help me and many others being blackmailed by this fraudulent job provider. Thank u, please save .

I had completed my work no they r saying that 90 percent accuracy is not there and asking me to pay rupees 6900 as agreement... Plz anyone help

I was applying for work from home then one of the worker from this of technology contacts me and says that it's captchas work and you can do it easily in one hour and then they don't solve their technical isssues when I complain about it they are saying we don't know our app is working properly now u can't resign u shld pay this much amount i[censored] want to leave they are sending me legal notice and all

The fraud company named oc technologies gave me captcha typing work on 23rd june and they told me that I have to type 10, 000 captcha. per captcha 3rs.If I can't complete the work within time or the accuracy is less than 90% I have to pay 6900rs.They show some legal agreements associated with government and I got a verification call.But most of the times the my captcha app provided by them will not work. And they count most of the captchas I typed as mistakes.tomorrow is the deadline.What can I do?I'm a student and I can't afford the amount.Due to covid 19 I have some financial issues that's why I looked for the job.please help me

They r fraud they told to do 10 days captchq work but their app is not qorking i informed that person hw told ohk mam i will cancel it but he diidnt n now they r harrasing me to pay money

I got a call from Gujarat Avni shah.
For work from home captcha fill only, I thought I will earn some money during the lockdown.
10, 000 cpatcha fill in 10 days. I did my work very honesty and loyalty I filled 4500 captcha in 4 days when I will check my report there more captcha wrong mention.

Firstly they show to me very easy demo and in application given to user very difficult captcha.
Avni shah told me you can work only 2 hour one day but I did morning to evening then I had done my one day target.

But when I realize they make fool me company took my login id and password. I think company did some sparring with my id.

Now they send mail I have to pay 10, 000 others you come to court and take legally action against you.

I know they are not legal and only make fool people I request to you kindly close kind of company. They spoil many people carrier of India.

Sir today oc technology employee called and offers me job they said 10, 000 captcha to be type within 10 days they offer me 30, 000 salary for this after the agreement they sent me domain id and password when i downloaded their app my password and domain name both are wrong so according to agreement if i didn't complete the work i have to pay rs 17820 please take strict action on them i am student how can i pay that much amount.

I want to bring to your attention the cyber crime i experienced today. Because of the ongoing situation i am having some financial issues due to which i decided to start online work from home types jobs. So i start searching in quikr and got call from ms pooja from this number +[protected] and gave company name as oc technologies. She said its an easy job and i only need to type captchas and will be paid upon completion of the work. For registration they asked me a copy of adhaar card and one photograph. Which i uploaded while completing the online form and later on they send me a agreement. While searching about company i found this is a fraudulent company and blackmailing people on basis of that agreement. Please advise and help me at the earliest.
I am already going through a tough time because of financial issues. Now i am afraid what if they start blackmailing me and ask me for money. Please help.

They offered me a Job of Captcha filling, they told me that they will give me 30, 000 ruppes for filling 10, 000 captcha;s.
I completed all formalities, and started working, on the first day of work I found the app isn't working.
I made this in the companies notice but they didn't responded. They are now asking me to pay 6900 as a penalty for not working and blackmailing me that they will file a case against me. I am a student and belongs to a poor family. I can't pay such a big amount.
