Dear Sir,
I bought a TShirt for my son on 16/7/23 from your exclusive store situated at M/s Vijay Garments, Near Bus stand, GT road panipat, Haryana. After single use it got torn when I approached store for exchange or refund the shop keeper making excuses and said after one week he will tell what he can do.
The T Shirt quality was very poor and also the behaviour of store manager.
Please look into the matter if matter doesn't solve then I will then I will appeal not to buy such brand who don't bother about their customers.

Manager at octave pitampura, Delhi is so arrogant and disrespectful. We buy in bulk from octave in every 2-3 months but today was the worst experience with them.
Will never go again there.
They don't meet their commitment and on top of that they misbehave with their customers.

Hi, I have purchased many clothes from Kaithal Octave outlet on 21st November 2021 and 1 sweatshirt after 1 wash it’s colour is totally faid it’s fully stained it’s price is 2300/-rs. so plz i want change my sweatshirt or refund my money otherwise i take action through Consumer court. I am a member of your brand since-2010 and now 1st time face this problem you broke my faith. So plz refund my money as soon as possible .

I have ordered 9 tshirts online but they are not fitting me, i want to return them, i tried multiple times on return center but everytime it say wrong order id and email id.
I have checked my order id and its right but still its not supported, even my emails to [protected]@octave.co.in have no replys from company please help

Respected sir,
I purchased octave shirt linen/cotton from santnagar burari delhi store but to my surprise after one wash it has not good quality and it shirt fabric is very rough & out of color, the sales boy accepted their fault and submit the shirt to change it within a week and now they does not response with me... I am impressed with this brand but because of this shirt my impression is getting low towards the quality if octave... Please resolve this problem as early as possible.

Respected sir this is to bring ti ur knowledge that i purchased octave shirt from of linen/cotton but to my surprise after one wash it has not remained in the same state and when i complained to the manager they just ignored itshirt stuff is not upto the mark. Colour is same after wash but that attraction of the shirt does not remain the same. It became dull. We bought 4-5 shirts but only this shirt is not up to the mark. Please resolve this problem as early as possible i am impressed with this brand but because of this shirt my impression is getting low towards the quality if octave

I have purchased a polo t-shirt from one of your store which is in the mall road shimla. The product quality is so bad. I only wore it for 3 hours and in that period cloth stated giving burr which is really bad. I went to the shop to exchange the t shirt but they didn't talked properly and gave me the reason that our boss is not here. This is really pathetic and they are not only discouraging people with your brand product but also brand image also declining. I request you to please look into this matter asap and exchange my product immediately.
