Never order from this site, just scam, bad quality, broken beads and loose strings in jewellery sets.
Replaced products was also broken, following up for one month again.
Waste of money and effort.
Not willing to provide my refund. Cheats.

This site delivers very inferior quality products & then later they don't respond on the WhatsApp no. they have mentioned on the website . No response on the email as well. Horrible & unprofessional service. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE. REALLY A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. GIVE THIS SITE A MISS FOR ORDERING ANYTHING WHATSOEVER.

I ordered a suit, which when delivered was of poor quality, and when I asked for refund they refused though they mentioned on website that there is refund

The customer service Is very poor they take 24hrs to reply on wassup
No mail id and no phone calls...

The product doesn’t match the picture. They haven’t picked the calls and exchange policy is a total scam

Vey unethical and unprofessional company. First they will send you a defective / poor quality product and then never respond to your messages or look into your concerns. Nobody picks the call or replies back. Guys, plz be cautious and don't buy anything from Odette. I have had a very bad experience with them. I ordered a saree on (19th Jan 2022) and received a poor quality product (on 27th Jan 2020, evening) . The very same evening, I raised a complaint. 1/4th of the saree didn't has sequence and looks of[censored]pon wearing. I raised a complaint on their WhatsApp number but nobody seems to respond. They read your messages and never get back to you. I have also sent them an email and sent messages on their facebook page but nobody replies.
I need my full refund!
