I recently ordered a lehenga from Odette Style and paid online, it was a big mistake as I waited patiently for my order and didn't receive it even after 17 days. I ordered the product on 4 Feb and the expected date of delivery was 12 Feb, it's 21 Feb and I haven't received my order, I tried contacting the team, the team is just words and no actions, neither did I get my order on time nor was I being provided with a return or cancellation option, They are just blaming it on logistics and being extremely casual with my complaints, no help or immediate assistance was provided. This is a forceful situation wherein I am forced to wait for the product and can't get a refund even if I don't wish to keep the product anymore. It's a terrible shopping experience, never have I ever gone through anything like this while shopping online from any homegrown or well established brand!!

I ordered something last week and signed up for updates on WhatsApp. A week later i wrote to them requesting for status. Got an automated response saying my query will receive an update in 24-48 hours. Nothing from them after 48 hours. No response to email either. I am extremely worried now. Hope it is not a fake site
