Wrong product delivered, no one is answering, no available functioning contact number...

I have ordered a Boat Storm smart band but received a duplicate product....

I had purchased i phone 12 from Offer clue. The payment which i made through credit card. But immediately I cancelled my product, but no response received from their site and i read out so many negative reviews of offer clue. Also they are not providing customer care no. and the address of place is wrong. My order id is 21348. Please take necessary action against this company....

I received defective items. Tried to contact company over customer care number ( [protected] ) published over their site, but it is not working. When send makls received fixed auto generated responses. They already charged me....

I have wrongly booked the order in offer clue wider Order ID: #16267, Date Added: 16/09/2021.

But same day I was immediately cancellation request raised via [protected]@offerclue.com customer care mail I’d.

Till date I didn’t received any communication of my refund….

How should go forward against this, kindly suggest me…...
