I have ordered a bicycle on Offerbicycle.com website the news in Google.

Paid Rs.2999/- through Paytm on 28th December 2021, but still did not receive the Bicycle. There was no confirmation on my mail or mobile. Paytm also to find out who they paid this money and please either return the money or send the product.

It seems I am fooled.

Our Cyber Cell is requested to look in to the matter and investigate...

Have ordered a bicycle which is E-bike for Rs.1999 on 19th Dec 2021 since they have mentioned that the product will be delivered in 7 working days I waited till yesterday and tried reaching them but unfortunately they don't have any customer care number in their website instead they have an email I'd as [protected]@offersbicycle.com for which I have sent an email which was bounced. Since their business hours is from 9am to 7pm as mentioned by them I thought of sending an email again today morning but unfortunately even this email also didn't reach. Kindly arrange for my product or refund of my amount

Have placed order from offersbicycle.com and had PAID MY AMOUNT +EXPRESS DELIVERY AMOUNT AS WELL .IHAVE ATTACHED the transaction screen shot from phone along with photos of transaction done on the website. they have not sent me order..so please return my money of rupees 4000 Rs to my account that has has been used for your transaction. ihave placed order on 21 december, 2021. the website does not have contact phone number. their mail does not work. plz help me to get my amount. Two orders placed
