I ordered a set of 10 Schneider Express 735 Medium refills order reference JAJKTMHCK, for 1400 rupees. None of them are working. I cannot find any return option. A late delivery I could bear, but not one refill is working. I am extremely dissatisfied. I want a refund.

No one is replying to my mails. I am worried a lot.

What can I do now?

I had ordered Flair multipurpose pen a week. I had paid for the order but no reply from offimart till now.
Their contact number [protected] is switched off past 2 days.
Offimart is a fraud organization.
Case should be filed in Consumer Forum against Offimart to close their shop....

I've ordered Pilot V7 blue cartridge pack of 10 on 23.08.2022.

Its been one week since i ordered in Offimart. Till now my order haven't shipped. Four days back i called the owner and enquied him about my order he said that he will ask his executive to call me back till now i haven't received any call.

I mailed them to that they replyed that they will ship my order on that very same day and will send me the tracking number 3 days before. But still there is no response from them.

While i called the owner for the 1st time he attend my call and speaked to me but after that i called him manytimes he is not attending my call. Looks like that he remembered my number and purposely he is not attending to my call.

I also tried to call customer care person. But no response from them.

I would have already read the reviews in google before i placed my order. Its my mistake to place my order in OFFIMART.

Dear owner, please send me my order or else pls refund my money. PLEASE dont take our orders as granted.
