O'general Complaints & Reviews

I bought my o general make window air conditioner on 15-04-16... Then its compressor was replaced by 13/05/2017 for a warranty period of 5 years.. But now the compressor is again some issue its not working and unfortunately the compressor is dead.. So please kindly replace the compressor with new one as soon as possible. Serial number of my ac is 7173030 (A×gt18aath)

I have purchased o general 1.50 ton ac on 07.03.17 but til date we have not enjoyed cool air.so far logged complaint 6 times but problems not yet resolved. Every time new engineer find out new problem but no solution. My complaint no. Mum[protected].30.05.17. Neither received any call not visit. Such a worst service not expected.
