Start a okaya scoote pickup automatic

Purchased Okaya classic 150+ on 19-05-22' but within 2 months on 20-07-22'it's MCB got faulty and it was changed by the dealer by paying 200/-.by me.
Again on 05-08-22', my ev stops running while I was ridding on the busy street. Then I informed to the dealer they took my ev to their workshop and informed me that there is a battery problem and it will be mechanised by the company personnel, but sorry to say that until today 14-08-22' it is not.
Please look in this as earliest so that I can ride my ev in a good condition.
