Under warrnty Motor was not replaced by Company
We purchase E vehicle with following details
Model - Ridge+
Date of Purchase - 10/12/2022
Dealer Name - Krishna Auto, Dhule (Maharashtra) 424001
We give vehicle at service center on 08/11/2023
In Warranty period dealer & company not giving replacement of motor and vehicle is with them from last 51days & always saying that motor will come within 7-8 days. The service person company is not receivng phone calls

I purchased an Okinawa Praise Pro in October 2022, from one of your Dealers i.e.

In March 2023, somehow its connector in the battery blew up. I contacted the dealers, where they advised me to get the connector replaced at a cost of Rs. 6, 700, despite the scooter being in warranty.
I advanced with their opinion, and got it done.
However, just after this incident, I found out that its charger was not working. The dealer took the charger with them and told me to wait for some time, as the charger needs to be replaced from the company's headquarter, Haryana.
It's been a month since this event, and I am still awaiting a response from the dealer. They're not being supportive and are repeatedly telling me to wait.
I also wanted to contact the company customer care, and wrote multiple mails in line with this, but all in vain.
Please help me out.

Regarding my scooter getting dead for 2 months

Hello sir,
My scooty has been damaged for 2 months but the company and the dealer do not care, once the bad battery was sent, after that I went to the scooty dealer k to get it corrected, from there we were given 2 days while correcting till today. Not found, my scooty was damaged on 5th April, the battery was shorted on 11th April my battery was taken for pickup after that on 13th May the bad battery was sent. After this my scooty was asked to show it to the service center but from there also Not correct. My scooty should be repaired as soon as possible or my money should be refunded. Rs-88750

गाड़ी का बैटरी backup नहीं दे रहा है, डिश खराब, Slater खराब हो गया है। मैं इसके बारे में डीलर को complan किया तो उसका कोई responce नही मिला। उल्टा वह गलत तरीका से बात करने लगा। कंपनी को भी कंप्लेन किया तो अभी तक उसका भी कोई reply नहीं आया है। शुरू में मैं जब गाड़ीलिया था तो बोला गया था कि 1year तक 150km फुल चार्ज में चलेगा लेकिन अभी मात्र 20-25km hi चलता है। Please help me.
