Reserved Ola electric scooter on dated 02-12-21 @ Rs 499/-. Then they called for partial payment & confirmed that after partial payment scooter will be delivered at home. The balance payment to be made during delivery. We have partial payment of Rs 20000/ on dated 12-02-22. The again demanded for further payment. we requested to cancel our order & refund our payment . They are denying for refund of payment . Request to kindly help for refunding of Rs 20000/-

DATE : 21/01/2022 6pm to present. Client email ; [protected]@olaelectric.com My order ID - OET-[protected]-KOH709. I reserved OLA S1 Pro and paid Rs.499 (On 20/07/2021), Rs.20000 (On 15/09/2021) as two stages. At the third stage (21/01/2022) they were informed me to complete my purchase either using EMI option or Full payment mode. I was looking for EMI and It showed me to fill the area under my Name and there were No columns found to fill, I tapped "Next" as it is the only option available to move forward and I thought columns may appear on next screen. Unfortunately, it started to wait for an OTP there which was sent to to "unnumbered". I understand the faulty system of OLA couldn't handle the heavy traffic in the previous screen so as the app didn't load the form page correctly. As I tapped "Next" it began sending OTP to a void phone number. As I clearly got the technical error occurred here, I started to get connected with the OLA team through email, chat bot for a call back, NO RESPONSE was there. All the attempts were failed when I tried to complete the purchase using re-login, reinstall the app etc. because I was lead to the OTP sending page directly when I tried to purchase it and the OTP kept sending to UN-NUMBER. I just can complete the purchase using instalment system if there were any technical assistant. As the status going on, I can never purchase the scooter even it's my turn came. I am worried that as per the virtual queue formed from those who made complete payment, I will be pulled to the back of the queue whenever a new OLA S1 Pro enthusiast pays his money. I can never put up with this as it is not my fault which made me unable to complete the purchase, I am totally disappointed with Ola as their response was NULL and they didn't care the feeling of their customer. I will be happy if there was a proper response, even I was advised to wait further. As I have to take a lot of tension over this, I decided to move to the consumer court against a giant who never gave its face to the public by not providing a call centre facility other than call back option. It is for the common man in the nation who has been brutally fooled by the whales in the e-commerce industry who always wished to hide their face from the public by not providing a PROPER PHONE NUMBER TO GET CONNECTED, A EMAIL ID WITH ON/IN TIME RESPONSE AND EVEN AN OFFICE IN THE LOCALITY. This revolution is against those whom are living in the virtual world and providing some bots as their liaison officers who can never understand the feelings of the common man in the nation.
