On 15 August oliveboard team member told me to take subscription of RBI grade b complete plan because there was a sale that day and he told me that sale will gonna end today ...and when I asked him for classes he told me that it will start from 1 September
On 1 September I asked them then they said it will start from 7 September and when I asked on 7 September they told 17 and when I asked them about surely when will start they told me 25 September and now till they don't have started any classes and not refunding my money
Theirs team member ignore my message and calls
Please help me

I get SMS from them 3 to 4 times a week. I told to stop it but sms are still coming.

This organization is not stopping sending SMS to my mobile number despite my repeated refusal.

Sir/madam,

I iti ghosh had purchased online 10 sets of mock tests (Test series) of sbi po mains (2017), for which i had payed 499 rs
I received the test series and used it accordingly. But few days ago i have received a mail from ccavenue that manages the online transactions if oliveboard, that the money of the purchased test series is mistakenly been credited back to my account and since it's due they are in the process of charging back the amount from my account. But the fact is my bank didn't provide any detail of the money being credited back to my account even after been inquired, then how could they sent me a mail and tell me that they will unnecessary charge more money for the same test series. Is this some kind of hacking the account or cheating the application users, the aspirants like me who are preparing for government exams. Why i'm being unnecessarily harassed? Are they unnecessarily about to charge more money from my account?

Pls revert as soon as possible.
