To inform the person name tej kumar from andhrapradesh has cheated with me saying that he is a army personnel posted at pune and he is selling his redme not 5pro mobile phone at 10000 rupees i trusted him and sent him some rupees on paytm and he says that he sent me the parcel from overnite express what are now after a day he call me and he says send mor mony when i was see the complet on "indian consumer complaint"site about same scam. I try to contact with that man to get my mony back but the person is not picking up his phone and whenever he is picking up he is abusing and saying do whatever you can do i am an army personnel he is destroying the name of indian army and this is a very shameful act

A fraud from army men.. I just see the oppo f7 nd i msg him.. I would send 5000 rs nd then he sent me courier photo of oppo f7 nd on mext day.. A phone call from same person said other payment of 3000 tell me to complete the money then i paid 3000 by paytm bt now i not recieved phone nd i call him but all phone no. Is unavailable
His phone no. [protected]
He send me all document like adhar card and cisf i'd card
But all this card are fake
Please refund my money
I have all the payments done through paytm

As you said, you have some documents supporting your case, we suggest to take the help of legal authorities. Kindly file an FIR against the seller and OLX will provide all the information related to the seller to the legal authorities.
And also for any assistance required in the same please do contact us on [protected]@olx.in. We assure you that our top priority is to maintain a safe and secure OLX community.

- Your registered phone number on OLX.
- Transaction receipt if any, in context to advance payment.
- Ad id through which you have contacted the seller.
- Chat/message history with the seller.
- Contact number/email address of the seller.
This will help us not only take appropriate action on such accounts but also control any further suspicious activity on the site.
