I had booked redmi 9 pro max through your website (https://www.mi-home.in/) on 20-apr-2020 and my order number is 16261. Till date, i have not received my redmi 9 pro max. My credit card was debited with rs 14, 999.00 and now website is https://www.mi-home.in/ is also not working. I booked same mobile on 11-apr-2020 also with order number 5886 but expected delivery was showing 13-apr-2020 and suddenly on 16-apr-2020, order got automatically cancelled without delivery. I tried to reach customer care number[protected] but no response. Please refund my money.

Through google search to buy mi note 9 pro mobile. I got a link of
https://mi-home.in. this web site mention as authorised store of mi india.

I have placed order for a mobile on 15th april'2020 and paid through my axis bank credit card end 0167.

Delivery mentioned 17th apr'20. I am not got received the product even after 10 days. I tried contact customer care & email in the web site no reply.
Then i call mi india, they told this website is a fake not related to mi india.

I called axis bank card they gave me paytm payment gateway reference number.

Paytm provided me the person who received all our payment. "om sale corporation" mobile no:[protected].

I made a cyber claim complaint & police complaint in chennai with all the details. No reply till date.

Now web site also not working

I came to know some of the person who suffered same like me are got the refund.

Please help me to get the refund.

There are websites which are pretending that they are authorized partners of redmi but this is not true and they are running scam.

I placed order last night and paid amount but i didn't received any confirmation / order details. This all websites are registered by same guy with name om sales corporation and it looks like once you paid online you will not receive product / refund for the same. First they started with mi-store.in and after few days they registered new domain mi-home.in and intention is very clear that is to run scam. I don't know how google is displaying this website in top search and how redmi officials didn't notices this scam.

I want to return my parcel and please refund my balance my shipment is coming through ecom_express. Tracking or order no[protected]. Reason for returning is that powerbank is duplicate and instead of pendrive i found head phone that is also very cheap quality so please refund my order. If product deliverd only by "dotzot" call [protected], call them again and again... They will ignore and reject first but call them. If he did not help call [protected]. If both did not... Call dtdc [protected]... Tell them about problem, how om sales doing fraud by using dtdc/dotzot. They will give uselesss number of dotzot which ends with *302, dont call, just complain on dtdc number. A person from omslaes call you and take you account details, i got my 50% money back ie 550 rupees

All products are demaged & not working and some accessories are missing.

I have received order no: cib597490 branded combo of 5 stylish party ware shirts that is not as ordered but wrong product given, so please do some thing for return or replace. Please give any mobile no, which are contactable you have give numbers are not richable so please give true mobile details for contact.. This parcel take wrong size of shirts and wrong design so please check detail and return it.
