Om Tirupati Balaji Packers And Movers Complaints & Reviews

Hello sir,
I've hired om tirupati balaji packers and movers to transport my goods from kolkata to ahmedabad on 20th august.
The charge quoted was 30, 000 including gst.
The owner mr. Ritesh kumar shah while taking my items was very sweet and once the items were loaded in his truck, he demanded 40, 000 stating insurance and gst. Upon denial, he started arrogance, rude behavior.
I paid and insured my goods up to 1 lakh rupees.
On receiving goods, i found most of my items were damaged that includes washing machine, fridge, tv, almirah, shoe stand, 1 double bed, and other items.
I called mr. Ritesh shah for asking my insurance money and he denied it arrogantly and used abusing words against me.
He is totally a fraud.
I want my insurance money.

He will take luggage sweetly then he start arrogance, rude behaviour. I hereby take privilege to # this transporter. They bluff to peaks.in which so called owner of this packers rithesh kumar saha who is totally fraud, arrogant, he takes people and they assets as granded, i booked luggage from kolkata to aurangabad on 22 may 2018 and they assured that they will deliver by 5 days r atmost 7 days total 37 days gone not yet received this luggage. I along with my family was terribly having time passed as im almost on road.

I pray god that i get normal life like before and his worst time start that is # ritesh shah.

All the below 5 star comments are totally fake as i talked to ritesh # he told why you talked to low star rating and why didn't u call the people who gave 5 stars and take feedback of me. He himself or by friend doing all this fake packers.

Dear sir,
I satish kumar panda had transported all my house hold goods through om tirupati balaji packers and movers on 15th dec. 2017. These goods were transported from my rented place address: 13 badra tarun sen pally, italgacha dumdum and were to be delivered in my new address in surat. As per his earlier commitment the transporter was suppose to deliver my house hold goods in 10-12 days. However, it's 35 days now i am still waiting for my house hold goods to be delivered. I have been relocated to surat with my spouse and a small kid of 3 and half years old. And we are staying here since last one month with out any house hold appliances. I am continuously following up with mr, ritesh sah the owner of this transport agency. And he is continuously lying me that they will be delivered in 2-3 days. I have also given a police complain here in surat but they are not able to help me, as the goods were transported from kolkata. Would request you to kindly look into it and kindly help me as my family is left with nothing and we are facing a lot of problems every moment.
