Ordered a jeans priced at 550 from them, paid a total of 630 including shipping and these people sent me worthless piece of saree/dupatta instead .I demand a refund and legal action against this Instagram page ....

Ordered a jean from this Instagram page for 550, paid a total of 630 including shipping and these guys sent me a shimmery saree/dupatta fabric instead .i want a refund ....

I ordered a jeans and they sent me a worthless Saree instead. Now they are not responding to my msgs.
Please take some serious actions towards this....

I have order 3 track pants and one skirt from instagram page on_style_11.but they delivered me a saree instead.its a complete fraud page...i want my cash back...the order delivery number from ecom express is (AWB [protected]) AND ITS WRITTEN SOLD BY *ENTERPRISE...

I ordered a pair of jeans from an Instagram store, on_style_11 worth @599 on 6 October 2021, I was not provided any delivery details or tracking id and I received the order today on 14 October.
It was not what I ordered but just a piece of cloth.
I want a refund or exchange because this is not something to be ignored.
Please look into the matter and do the needful...
