I am facing an issue with One plus TV but they were not responding while trying to connecting through phone call.

Please resolve my issue

I want to return the product as it does not matches my expectation.

I bought a oneplus U1S 126 cm (50
inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED
smart android TV on[protected].But only after 6 months of purchase my tv got damaged.on 30th June one local technician from jeeves came and took the photos of damaged tv and send it to jeeves office Bangalore.But till this date I didn't got any assistance from them.I think you will do the needful.

I complant about my tv on 28june
On 29 june technician visit and told that some part has to be ordered so it will take 10 to 15 day .
But now today is 23 day and i dont get any response from one plus.
I will never ever buy any oneplus product
