Hi,

Suddenly, I got a msg on my phone saying that an amount of 10, 000 was used on BMS app via Simpl which I never used.

I checked my BMS app and there was no transaction at all.

I've already raised a complaint in their customer service app but it's been more than 40 days and I'm only getting constant calls from them to pay my bill.
And nobody has yet called me to fix the issue. On the day of reporting I gave them all the proof attaching screenshots and everything but since a month there is no response on my ticket raised to them.

Hope someone can advise what can be done here?

I had placed the food in Zomata on 29th april 2022. and applied simpl and that order as been Rejected.

And later on same day i again ordered and paid money using UPI.

Now for that Rejected order this simpl app is asking us to pay the money and sending demand notice.

Hope you take necessary action on them .
They are grabbing the money for which we never used.

I had never used that app.

Why are they cheating us.

Only because of Zomato we came to know about this Simpl.

When complained to Zomato they are washing their hands off. and asking us to contact simpl.

Hope you take necessary action them both. they are joining hands and cheating their customers.

I had not used this Simpl app. Now today that too on a auspicious day they are sending demand notice stating that i have to pay the amount for which I had not claimed.

I never used this apo
Without using how would I used their money.
