I had booked a travel package from Religare- one touch solutions in November 2010 and paid Rs7000 + Rs750 through credit card and draft. They are yet to confirm or book my travel. They never receive the phone.
Kindly suggest what legal action could be taken against this company.

Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Refund
I have a Demat account with Religare. On 13th of Sept09 I received a promotional call from Religare regarding a holiday package. In which they are offering only a accomodation in 4/5star hotels(listed in company brochure) all over the world in just Rs7000/- charged from credit card + Rs750/-in draft favour of One Touch Solutions Ltd.
