I paid 1899 rupees online on25th March 2022 forbajaj platini air cooler but Upto today it was not delivered or return any rupees to me and makes a fraud with me

I ordered Bajaj platini air cooler cost rs 1899 this amount I paid online gpay to Paytm on 25th March but Upto today no any air cooler delivered to me or not refund the amount

Ordered Philips trimmer but not delivered

I have ordered a Philips (Order Id: 124404) trimmer 3221/15 model on 12/04/2022.But the order was not delivered yet. Neither I receive any confirmation mail from them after ordering. The tracking order status shows that the order is processing from the day 1 and no improvement in that. Their contact details are not reachable. I request for either delivery or refund of the amount. I request you to please concern the above issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
