But I Didn't receive ordee Confirmation Message And Also I Didn't Receive the product Yet

I have ordered Samsung Leve U Bluetooth wireless In-Ear Headphone from One3Mall online on 2nd March 2022, I have made payment of Rs499/- through debit card. My order no is 170155. yet i have not received my order. I request to place my order or refund my amount which I have paid. when I call on[protected] company phone is turned off .

I cancelled my order but i don't get refund and also after payment there is no email reply and no call reply means mobile switch off and on massage reply.

I ordered a smart watch on one3mall.com on 23/02/2022.
Order number is 154494.
On order tracking facilities it says "your order is under process"
They are not communicating any ways.
I tried to contact them many times by phone, email etc.
