Registered for consumer complaint against Tanishq but even after 2 weeks nothing happened and job marked as completed.
I took a paid service of OnlineLegalIndia for filing a case against Tanishq in cosumer forum.
OnlineLegalIndia charged extra fees for taking the matter on priority.
However, even after 2 weeks I don't see any progress. The only thing I know that they sent a letter to Tanishq office and It was returned.
I don't know, Where and how did they get their address from? But now the job status shows on the portal as completed.
What does it mean, Did I pay them just to send a letter and god know where did they sent it?
OnlineLegalIndia charged extra fees for taking the matter on priority.

Problem not solved and didn't get refunded
Not provide any solution. Before registration they make fake promised and after registration they only made engage in uselessly and making excuses for the resolve problems. I wasted my money. Firstly they told if your case will not solve u will get refunded. But till now i didn't get any solution or refund amount.

Fake company, they are just taking your money in different way.
It's approx. One month no noone picking calls no reply on email.
If calling as a new customer then they talk nicely otherwise just disconnect or mute or drop my call.
After waiting for more then 26 days i processed my complaint with the help of local lawyer and i am getting my refund.
I asked online legal india to refund my fee, they have started doing same irritating harassment by not picking call or not reply to me on email.
I will wait for 48 hours from now and will send notice from my local lawyer which have resolved issue with in week.
