I took a paid service of OnlineLegalIndia for filing a case against Tanishq in cosumer forum.

OnlineLegalIndia charged extra fees for taking the matter on priority.
However, even after 2 weeks I don't see any progress. The only thing I know that they sent a letter to Tanishq office and It was returned.

I don't know, Where and how did they get their address from? But now the job status shows on the portal...

Not provide any solution. Before registration they make fake promised and after registration they only made engage in uselessly and making excuses for the resolve problems. I wasted my money. Firstly they told if your case will not solve u will get refunded. But till now i didn't get any solution or refund amount.
Please don't get trapped by this organization...

Fake company, they are just taking your money in different way.
It's approx. One month no noone picking calls no reply on email.
If calling as a new customer then they talk nicely otherwise just disconnect or mute or drop my call.
After waiting for more then 26 days i processed my complaint with the help of local lawyer and i am getting my refund.
