Placed order on June 13th, today is july 17, no update .
Dropped several mail, but it gets bounced back saying invalid mail address .
Complete fake company.

It’s been four months since I’ve ordered and I still haven’t received it nor have they refunded my money, this is my order number for further clarification, order number[protected]

Four months since the product was ordered neither the product was delivered nor any refund given. there is no way to talk to anyone inthe company. They constantly give false promises none of which are kept

I ordered a product on 7th june 2022 in onshopdeals.com website. its 3rd month, i think this is a fraud shopping website. product price is 4600 rupees. till not received any refund at all. fake company policies and fake promises this is what customer service gives me

I ordered an item on 21st April 2022 but the product was not delivered till date.So request them multiple times to refund the amount, but till now they have not refund the money. Kindly help

I had ordered 3m masks on onshopdeala on 1st march 2020. I had paid rs 11045 by card on same date. I was told that the order will be delivered to me by next 4 weeks. I inquired after one month and i was told that lockdown has delayed delivery of product and its internationally shipped. I again inquired on what's app no +[protected] and got same answers. I was told that i will get the product on 20th may. When asked again i was given 4th june.. And again 12 th june.. Today is 14th june and i didn't get any msg or mail regarding the delivery of product. Now my cell no is evn not attended on the inquiry no [protected]. I have requested to cancel my order now as they are not delivering in 105 days n refund the money but there is no reply neither on what's app number nor on mail
