I ordered a calculator on 19/8/2022. And cancelled the order on the same day. And they accepted my cancellation request it's been 10 days and they still haven't refunded my money back..

I ordered toy train for my son on feb 16, 2022 and paid 2029 rupees online. I ha e not received the product after the order conformation. Now the what's app number ( [protected] ) customer service has stopped responding.

Ordered products worth 4k online. They were never delivered nor resolved after 3 months of waiting. Initially the owner kept saying will deliver however afterwards my num was blocked and never responded to mails. CJ JOSH THE OWNER IS A FRAUDULENT N A CHEAT. NEED TO SHUT THIS SHOP

Online Order not received.
Dear sir, my order ID 25690067 order date 21st November 2021. And till now I have not got the item and nor the tracking details. They don't pick the phone with their customer care number [protected]. they ask us to send WhatsApp but they never reply. My order value 541/-. I think they are frauds. Please guide me what to do?

I have ordered a product from onshopdeals.com (Co - josh products india | gstin: 24djmpk2448l1zu |) on 1st may 2020 and paid online. Product details :- order #25609137 product - AAA rechargeable cells. I have paid - rs 1359/- online. I did not receive the product yet and tracking link. The customer care did not receive call or rply to mail. Please help me in this.

On 3Jan 2020, I purchased wall paper from Onshopdeals.com. They promised to make the delivery within a week. Post one week, I followed up and they said it will be delivered within 4-5weeks. On 28th Jan 2020, when I followed up, they said, due to Chinese NewYear, the shipment got delayed. Post that they stopped responding. Post continuous follow-up, in Dec 2020, I was asked to share bank details to refund the money. In Jan 2021, they said the amount will be refunded within a week. In Feb 2021, they said within 24 hours I will receive refund. Post that no response from them. Today it's 5th March 2021 and I am yet to receive money from them.
