I ordered a product(Bose Soundlink Revolve) from the website opendeal.in. I got a call for oder confirmation. I confirmed the order. I received a dummy product. I tried calling back and pointed out this fraud. They mentioned to raise a return in the site in a harsh tone. But there is no return policy in the site. After few hours there is no site anymore.

The number i got the confirmation call was from +91 [protected].

I got a confirmation mail as well. Attached the mail, similiar to the one i got for my order.

Order number 2142, the Bose speaker was a Bose soundlink revolve wireless portable Bluetooth speaker, however the received product is Bose speaker mini. This is not the correct and ethical way to do business and I need the replacement of the product at the earliest. I am totally disturbed with such type of processing of my order as at time of order of the product the picture shown based on which I processed the the order and what actually is received is a big difference. Await the response when I will get the replacement.

Ordered bose revolving wireless bluetooth speakers online from opendeal.in order no 2091. Recd bose mini soundlink speakers. That too duplicate. Paid 3999/-. No body answering calls/. Email given is not existing... No contact no. On website.. Want to return it.. Contacted xpressbees courier service also who delivered this.. But they also don’t have details.. How to return it and how i will get refund?
