Letter to pm of india home minister of india cm and chief secretaries of the state are thrown in dustbins. I have made several complaints against joginder dalal 133 ram gopal colony rohtak and sarita kawatsara his partner in all illegal activities and my complaints have been forward by you to various departments but have gone to the dust bin due to his political financial and police protection from the state. Fir no. 283 dt 19.10.2018 has took 2 years after my complaint and only sp bali singh from vigilance department rohtak has made some efforts to investigate the matter and recommended to lodge fir against the accused but you will surprise to note that no action has been taken against the accused again after the lapse of one year after the fir lodged. If the police would have took action against my complaint of november 2016 addressed to ssp rohtak then my country would have saved from over lacs of fake doctors phd engineers arcititacts lawyers teacher diploma holders b pharma d pharma and even ca and over 2 to 3 hundred professional courses by his opjs university churu and over 20 other educational institutes created by him after 2013in the differentparts of the country and established various companies such as ok life care pvt ltd rohtak ok tv channel tora tv and various other companies and now also shifted to mumbai to make films for his son. This man is earning one crore to 5 crore rs. Per day by way of selling degrees by his ugc approved university over 2 00 to 300 professional courses to the fake students instantly i. E. Any one can take degree in a day and playing with the life of some genuine students took admission thinking that this is a ugc approved university.
History of joginder dalal. This man was suspect of a murder case which the i. O. Was inspector. Dharmender dangi of delhi police. Got a job of tt in indian railway and also became the member of haryana boxing championship. He captured a school later known as indian sports public school a case was register against him slapping a policeman opposed the students to do cheating.
2011 a case was registered against him selling fake degrees of sohibit university merrut but all vain. 6 b, ed colleges of joginder dalal has been disaffiliated by mdu rohtak due to sex abuse in his college and joginder dalal demanded 10 k rs for practical and a big aggitaion and road jams were and vedio recording of road jams and beating the students with kulhadi axe is available. And
Fir no 457 in july 2012 has been lodged against joginder dalal and sarita kawatsara by city rohtak under sections[protected] but all vain. Then he registered over 10 companies in 2013 mostly on the name of ok group along with opjs university with an initial capital of 1 lac and started opjs univerty in october 2013 and from 2014 started selling the degree and diplomas to the fake students.
Ok life care which was established in 2016 is running under the supervision of sarita kawatsara and no medicine is being manufactured and a case was registered for selling fake medicine to cancer patient and charged rs. 12 lacs vide fir no 238 dt 2.04.2018 at madahav nagar police station ujjain m. P. Still pending but all vain.
Phd student from manipur at narnaul he was attempt to murder by jitender yadav has sanached his mark sheets, mobile and money and any how he reached at delhi and reported his matter to dcp r. K. Puram and after getting his medical written a letter to sp narnaul to lodged thr fir against jitender yadav and a letter from the cm office manipur has also been written to ssp as well as dgp haryana but all vain.
Fir no. 151.2019 has been lodged against the university and joginder dalal charging 8 crore 40 lac rs. For over 400 para medical students of thane maharashtra by kpaurbadi p. S. Matter is still pending without any arrest. I and my family may be killed by him but i want to save lacs of youths from this man being cheated.

Sub: save country by deputing an honest officer from cbi/vigilence for an investigation against joginder dalal 133 ram gopal colony rohtak
Respected sir,
This man is of a criminal back ground and involved in various activities and earning about one to 5 crore rs. Per day by way of cheating and looting the people as well as the govt of india. I can not onlyprove but can also help the investigation team and can provide the proofs if not killed by this person befor the investigation took place.
No one dare to complaint against this person due to his criminal back ground, police spourt and political back-up. All the complaints and fir has been lodged are lying and containing dust without any action against this person but even the complainant are being threatened to withdraw the complaints. He is not only making the nations weak but selling the degrees to fake students by his university opjs churu and made over one lac fake doctors enginerrs and various other courses as his university got approval over 900 professional courses by ugc and only 15 people are running this university including canteen wala and providing the instant degrees to fake students and playing with the life of 5% genuine students took admission as the university is approved by ugc.
He is also selling the medicines from his company known as ok life care pvt ltd rohtak through chain system and no medicine is being manufactured at rohtak and looting the public and an fir has been loadged in ujjain against him vide fir no. 238 dt 2/04/2018 under section 420, 406, 34 by madhav nagar ujjain.
An other fir no. 457 dt.14/07/2012 u/s 323, 342, 506, 294 r/w 34 by city rohtak. And
An other fir no 194 dt 5/04/2018 under sections 120b[protected] by bhiwani city
Other fir 283 dt 19/10/2018 dt 19/10/2018 by civil lines rohtak.
And a matter attempet to murder by jitender yadav registrar of opjs university of a phd student of manipur which is recommended by dcp rk puram dealhi as well as cm manipur to ssp narnaul is still under investigation against this criminal and his associates but all the files are in sleeping position because the police is not making the proper investigation.
He is having abenami property over 7000 crores of rupees which has been obtained and captured after 2013 and every year the property is multiplating double and these properties came by looting the youths, people and the govt of india even not paying the tax.
I request you to depute an honest invetstigation officer from the center and after found that all the mentioned facts are true you can make investigation as you feel fit. Because he stay at rohtak but his area of criminal activities is enire india so the investigation should be made from center without the boundation of jurisdiction.
Waiting forjustice against the corruption and benami properties.
And if you provide me the mail i. Ds of the concern investigating officer i can mail some of the proofs which will prove that all the information given is true as part of the matter investigated by sp bali singh of vigilence dept rohtak.
