I gave my mobile to service jayanagar 4th block, bangalore service center.. The same problem part replaced 4 times, pethatic service, aug 2018 part replaced with amont paid again same problem, now service people saying, again i have to pay.. Worst quality of products, very poor response from service people.. This will take all media about service response..

There is an oppo store in hanamkonda, warangal... They are buying products online at cheap cost and selling in store at high prices... Shame on oppo company.. I wondered when i saw them selling real me 2 pro... What sort of business is this... And no details are provided to customer and no respect too... They say that they have plenty of customers awaiting, if you need it buy it.. Or else i have customers waiting at high cost... Why launch mobile at low cost and sell it in black at high cost??.. If oppo wants to do businees do with educated people... Why cheat innocent people... Oh you mean they cant complaint???

I bought a oppo a57 (Gold, 3gb ram, 32... On amazon but within two month its stopped working battery was not working properly but now its stopped working its keypad not woking too i bought this product worth 12000 rs now i felt that my money is gone waste. Now i felt that whole set is waste it should be replace genuinely how this set performing.

I have brought one new phone oppo f7 before one month from local dealer, that oppo f 7 battery is faulty because his battery back up is very low, i m charging that phone twice in a day, when i m using continuesly. When i contacted with that dealer who sold me that oppo phone he stated that you should contact to service center oppo which is totally unexpectable it is his responsibility to take up such type of matter with the company. Inspite that i tried to contact with costumer care of oppo on telephone number given by them shows me busy from last two days. I again contact to dealer who sold me this opportunity phone to which he replied you should go to service centre of oppo. It seems to negligence of company and a dealer.

Sir, kindly give me a solution why the files cannot deleted from my oppo a37 device. Well it is work while i deleted some other files from device storage. But it doesn't work while file is stored in sd card. It is creatino so many problems as my mobile memory is going to full. And it is starting slow down the system day by day. So, please sir kindly resolve the problem as soon as you can. Thank you.

I am reallydisappointed with oppo phone and services.. That is my first experiance an really bad.

I bought the oppo f5 device on dec 15, 2017 and facing a lots of issue related battery and network related and checked the dvice at oppo service center... But they declined to exchange because of a small out cover which was missplaced at store or home.
The small cover really matter for the 20000 rs phone.
I am really disappointed at this time and don't want that phone...

My mobile oppoa37f in the warranty period the software updated at oppo store warangal dust telangana state with in a day the same problem repeated i. E., only oppo logo display on the screen after 6hours the phone was started after a month when the warranty period expire the same problem repeated. The mobile send to the oppo service centre the technician told, the mobile mother board failed.

There is a problem in oppo f5, it does not allow users to use any other launcher than just system launcher and the face detection lock does not work either. We pay 20k bucks just to use the piece of error? Don't you people have any responsibility to keep your customer happy after charging them their one months salary just to buy your phone with high hopes

Please fix the problem as soon as possible otherwise don't make us pay 20k for your errors.

I don't even think you people ever check this section.

Reg : pathetic customer service - after sale service i would like to draw kind attention to the pathetic customer service. I had purchased oppo mobile - f1s on 2nd of march, 2017 and since then i have been complaining regularly regarding the heating, call drop issue and sometimes there is no proper functioning of phone, i was suggested to visit oppo store, so i had visited 4-5 times to oppo store and everytime they just format the phone and issue still persists. Moreover, oppo store representative said that they can not replace phone at all irrespective of the issue. What kind of pathetic customer service is this???

Request/ suggestion : never ever buy oppo phones

Thers is problem in speaker in my phone,
Others are not hearing my voice when call is on speaker and there is also a problem in video calls in any connection like whatsapp video calling, imo video calling but this problem is always in speaker on,
There is no problem in headphones calling., and normal calls

Hi there,

I was the first buyer for oppo f1 in new south wales, australia. I was told that it was a brand new in the market and one of the best deals with best secs.

But unfortunately this phone has given me so much of trouble. It keeps hanging up on me and keeps asking me to delete apps as there is a storage problem. Even tough i bought sd card of an extra 8 gig.

Its come to a point where for almost 24 hours it didn't turn on and i tried charging it and every other possible thing like pressing the key to turn it on. But to no avail.

I would like to either get a reimbursement or get a new phone.
Please advise whats the best way to go about fixing the problem.

Hi everyone,

I have purchase a oppo a37 f smart phone since 8 to 10 days back. But i am highly dissatisfied with this phone because of its contain below issues.

Hanging problem.
Worst battery back up (Approx. 8 hrs only with normal internate usage)
Touch screen quality very poor.

I will escalate this issue to higher level and will update very poor feedback on all sites. Why your person give up such a foolish promises about the oppo phone.

This is in regards to let you know that, yesterday I was using my oppo F1s handset after then I plugged in my handset for charging about for 45 min and i went away for sumwork, when I came back I saw that the screen is been internally damaged (display), as phone is working but display is damaged.
Now I came to oppo service center, I showed my handset to them, and now they are saying it is not been consurned in under warranty as it is physically damaged by customer, but there is no outer damage or scratches on handset, it mean it is damaged from internally as due to charging overheat which is company handset fault, and finally my main consult is I need to be get my handset in a proper working condition as it was before in a warranty period.
I am even providing u wite the following attachments of my handset pics and der valid email billing document's, hope this mail will give me a positive reply and u can even contact me on my number given below

I have oppo f1f and when i Purchased my phone i Purchased syska insurance and now my phone's screen is broken by falling down now i am claiming for my phone syska is saying that first and fall you will have to submit your phone in oppo service Center and afer repairing your phone you will have to pay to oppo and then you will have to come to us than syska saying that we will give you the claim payment but they didn't say to me this while Purchasing the insurance it is not good we will have to inform us when you sell the insurance you should tell it id not good and apart from this i have complained before but that was cancelled by syska now i am sending the complaint again please solve it as soon as possible my complaint no. is[protected]

I have purchased a F1S phone on 23/09/2016 and found that the phone is not working in condition and visited the service centre located at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on 26/09/2016. after a long discussion the executive found that phone is have some issue asked me to submit the phone for 24 hrs observation. later I visited the store on the next day and was told the phone is working in good condition and when I asked to show the observation reports, they said that they have deleted them and faking about the observation.
I had a very long 2 hours argument and they are not willing to replace my phone for a new one. so I had to leave the phone with them and approached the store I bought, they are not helpful either. I complained to Oppo over the phone and given a complaint number C-[protected] on 30/09/2016 stating that they would call me back in 24 hrs time and no one turned up calling.

I seek an exchange for my phone.

I bought oppo R7 lite 19days ago and that time on their website they mention that oppo R7 lite support vooc charger..after buying phone i realize that it dont have vooc technology so i contact them and they reply on email that it doesnt support vooc so i send them screnshots of their product in their website .after that they didnt reply and now they change thier website that is not showing they make some change in website now..i want to return that phone and i want my money back please help in this
