Oppo Service Center Complaints & Reviews

Well, I am the customer of Oppo also using the cell phone Oppo. Today I visit the branch in afternoon in oppo service center at Vava Vachanalay, 231, Station Rd, Navi Peth, Jaikisan Wadi, Jalgaon, Maharashtra 425001 but staff was so stupid misbehave with us male staff member talk to hindi and misbehave with two staff ladys i seen all, i want to complaint against thiss guy, staff not coprate good to customer. My handset update problem not solving but staff is so idiot and misbehave with customers and also misguide the customers. .Resolve my problem on urgent basis .I will complaint in consumer court I am not satisfied with this company and service center staff .

Hello consumer care, I went to service center of oppo service near in my station at sawaiadhopur, the service provider not repair and also damaged my phone, I went to only software update problem but the service provider, not done the service and also I had issue on my touch display, my phone is in under warranty. So please have a leagle action on it.

Today I visit the branch at 4:45 PM in evening in oppo service center at Model town Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, 135001 but staff was so stupid misbehave with us mam said oppo service center is shut down at 5pm now you come on Monday she said oppo service center shut down at 5 pm why I confirmed with Saharanpur center he said closing timing is 6pm but staff is so idiot and misbehave with customers and also misguide the customers. .Resolve my problem on urgent basis .I will complaint in consumer court I am not satisfied with this company and service center staff .
