Don`t ever join in this captcha typing job. They make agreement without our knowledge. They tell one thing but do one thing. I never agreed to any agreement and signed any agreement but they simply ask you to sign in blank space in an application after that they scan scan your signature and paste it in agreement. First they say only you have to do with 90% or else you won`t get salary. But after you got agreement in your mail only you come to know that you have to pay 5000 if you fail to do the work. They won`t sent agreement and ask you to sign. They will got your sign and they paste it by their own. About the work it`s completely fake always shows fake reports about your work shows only old reports and miss many reports about your typing. For example you typed 5000 but it shows 3500 like that. No proper response from call but in mail they response often but not acceptable they tell that`s the right report. They pretend like they are loyal. Help me out from this fraudulents. I provided my aadhaar details with photo.

Recently i got a call from optrica technology for the work of captcha. They took my photo adhaar card copy and digital signature and have made some agreement and now sending me emails to pay the dues. I had already told them am not starting this work as i don't find it appropriate but still they sent me this. Am not in the position to pay anything as i have not agreed for the work itself. Please help as am not in the state to pay any money. I wanted to work for money itself but this is total cheat. Please please help me out.

Within 7days i have to come to maharashtra court. She informed me this... Sir i am a student how can i pay the money. If i have that much money then why do i need to work this job... Now i am getting threatening calls what to do sir

Then i asked about the iso certification and exact address of their company but they ignored my question. I don't know what to do. I think i'm trapped in a fraud... Please help me

I joined in online captcha entry job named optrica technology. They collected my signature and copy of voter id. When i started my work i realised that the report was totally wrong. When i complained on it, i got no response. The contract period was over.
Now they are threatening me that the company will file a case for not completing the work on time. They are asking me to deposit 50000 to ignore the consequences.
I recently learnt that it is a fraud and cheating company.
Please help me with this issue.

Yesterday i got call from the company. Their representative told me company's name "ortiz" and told me about work procedure 10000 captcha in 10 days with 90% accuracy. First i search for ortiz so much on internet to prevent from fraud but i didn't find any information later i asked to their representative, she said once you registered you will get all the information. And you can leave the company after 2 days if you don't like the work and nothing will charge from you. Later after registration i came to know the actual name of company is "optrica technology". And then i found this company is totally fraud and they threatened so many people from their fraud aggrement papers. Thousands of people are in trap of it. Later i give an email to company before starting the work that i don't wanna work. Then their another representative threaten me that he will impose more than 10000 rupees fine on me and send me jail. He has been threatening me since yesterday. "i have an audio record of call with representatives and please help me. I enclosed down below my email that i sent to company to stop work and the fraud mail i got later from" optrica technology ". Please take legal action against this fraud company and save me and also others who are in trap of it. If you want for a proof i can send you audio record of my talks with their representative yesterday.

Hi i am pittala sreelatha. Recently i got a call from optrica technology about work from of captcha entries, they convinced me to do that.
But suddenly i got a fake agreemaent to my mail and i got to know that it is a fake company and i want to quit this but i have to pay penality of 5000rs itseems. Otherwise they are going to send court notices itseems blackmailing messages for pay penality amount plzzz help me sir

A guy called me from optrica technology saying that they are offering part time jobs and i agreed to do it. They asked for my id for registration and they made a fake agreement saying if i fail to do it i have to pay them 5000 inr, they made an agreement without my knowledge. I got call and he says theres captcha filling work
In this work you will given 10000 captchas and you have to complete in 10 days
For this you can earn upto 22500 after completing the work 5000 will be subtracted as const. Fee.
After that i got a call from a lady for verification.. I said yes..
Then they asked me for adhar card
And told me to uplaod my photo and sign. At their given android apps.
Their captchas are so strange.. Everythinh is strange.
I didnt completed the work.
Now they are asking me for money
And sent me sms and email saying that they have filled a case against me with section 73 74 75.
In the mail they told me if i want to close this file, i must pay the fee.
They made agreeement without my knowledge and now they threatning me..
I m a student i cant pay the fee

Help me please..
Am very depressed about this.

I am pritam ranjan. Optica technology call me there girl name is peeti. She speaks 10, 000 captcha you can fill and you can earn 20, 000 per month and then after they give me some information on whatsapp and online. 10 days later i don't complete 10, 000 thousand captcha fill so i give 5, 000 thousand penalty. But now she tell me 18 thousand rupees if i don't give him they tell me you go jail by court.

Hi i received a call from a mam she told me about mycapatcha work i m ready for the work but she didn't tell anything about not completion of task or penalty and moreover i m not able to login. Into the app which they provide. When i ask to her she told me to complaint in helpline no... But i didn't get any response from today advocate rohan sharma called for penalty amount. I m student i want to work for earning but jab kuch earn he nhi hua toh me kha sa fesss pay kruge.. Plz help me out from the situation and my hmble request to close the company

Suddenly unhone mere ko bina inform kiye ek agreement send kr diya jisme likha tha ki mai unka kaam quite krta hu ya galat fill krta hu to wo mujhse 5000 ki penalty lenge warna wo mere against court se legal action lenge.. Sir maine us agreement pr sign nhi kiye unhone copy paste kiya hai.. Sir maine google review read kiya to wo ek fraud company hai bahut complains hai uske against... Sir mere pass paise nhi hai unhe pay krne liye plzzz help me..

Myself shreyas sir i was a student i looking for part time job i found in click india then a lady called me and said that captacha typing job we want achieve accuray 90% we want to send 10000captacha in 10days after completing the job they deduct the 5000 from salary for registration they said send adhaar card and i sent. Then i started the work but it is showing that session starts after 6pm i started the work in9pm then i sent 1000 captacha but it is showing zero. I searched google about the company i came to know it is fraud and i stopped the work. But today a advocate tanya singh mailed me that i have to pay the money mentioned in the agreement for incomplete of work otherwise she saying they move legally and i have to come to court. They have offered and job which i joined on some date and they noted earlier date instead of joining date. They did not inform all the instructions properly during the joining time and even they are blocking our contacts after joining the job there is no helpline no and they are keeping fake mails using fake ids. Many people have lost their money because of these fake mails. No proper responce during the working times of the provided work and not even paying money after the work had been done

Dear sir/madam,

A few days back i had searched for a home based job through a website "clickindia". On 27.2.2019 i got a call from optrica technology company located in aurangabad, maharashtra, regarding captcha typing job. They did not provide sufficient information. They told me to download an app to complete the registration formalities and hence they took my digital signature and photo through that app. Also, they have taken a scanned copy of my driving licence. Then they informed me that the registration is complete. They also send me a mail that "your account has been activated" with login id & password. But when i entered the login id & password, it did not open and there was a message showing it will work after 6 pm. On 27.2.2019, after a few hours they send me the agreement copy wherein my photo and signature are there. But before that i was not aware of the agreement. Then i was in doubt and hence started searching about that company from internet and came to know that it is a fraud company and many people are also facing the same problem like me. Now, after knowing about their company, i told them to cancel my agreement and registration, since i do not want to work with the fraud company. Then they send me a mail to pay rs.7500/- as a penalty. When i called/wrote to them why i will pay penalty since i have not started the work and also there is no clause in the agreement about the cancellation as well as a penalty for cancellation. Then they told me to pay rs.5000/- and also they have given me their bank details through the mail to deposit this amount. They have given the account name as given below : amount: 5000/-

Also, they informed me to pay it today before 4 p. M and send the payment proof on the same mail id. (Though i received this mail on 27.2.2019 at 5.41 pm).
The agreement which they have sent me is the same agreement (Number & date of the agreement) which they are giving to all.

Then i started correspondence with them through the mail to cancel my agreement and finally they informed through the mail on 28.2.2019 at 11.39 am that "dear user, your work was cancelled."

Again today i. E. 01.03.2019 i received a call from them (No. [protected]) saying me that i have to pay a cancellation penalty. Then i contacted them saying that my work has been cancelled and how you are now asking for a penalty and to which they told me that i have to pay rs.2000/- to close it and they will issue a noc. Then i asked for their bank details which are given below:

Account holder name : inceptial corbital enterprise

Ifsc code : sbin0001388
Bank : sbi

It may be noted here that the bank account should be in the name of the company and not in another name. Also, here both the bank account details are different.

Also, after some time a person called me who is their advocate; he also told me to pay rs.14, 750/- to close this case as out of court settlement or else they will send me legal notice and to which i told him that the person was saying to pay rs.2000/- and now how you are saying to pay rs.14, 750/-? And to this, the advocate threatened me that they will claim rs.1 lakh from me.

There is another company which is also issuing exactly the same agreement.

There is a racket going on who are doing these type of fraud work. Now, please help me to come out of this problem. Because it is difficult on my part to pay any amount in vain.

Now after searching about the company in the internet I found that it is fraud so please help me from this fraud contract. Also the date in the contract doesn't matches with the one when I started working for them.
Please help me to solve my problem and take quick action. They are targeting many people, mainly students.
