Respected sir,
Today i got a call from the optrica technology, saying that captcha words home based work, without showing me any agreement they took my sign and photograph, after taking my signature, they told that if i didnt complete my work that is 10, 000 captcha words in 10 days or if i didnt do 90% of work accurate then i should pay 5000/- rupees baack to them.. At first i asked their company name he didnt even gave me the correct information about his company, later after taking my signature, i got the details and when i enquired in google the result of this company was totally fraud... Plz help me sir from this fraud company...

Respected sir/madam, i was searching for a online data entry job and i signed into clickindia.com. After that i got a call from a lady.
My name is abhishek saha and i am a student. I recently got a call for the part time job, one lady called me and told me about the captcha code filling that i have to fill 10, 000 captcha in 10 days in which 90% should be correct and they send me one link through which one app had opened where they said to upload my photo and signature along with they asked me to send my adharcard photo in whatsapp and i have send them after few days they had send me an agreement where they put my signature and photo without my permission and there it was written that if i didn't complete it in time or if 90% of the total is not correct then i have to pay the penalty of rs 5000/- and i was unaware about the agreement. Now after searching about the company in the internet i found it fraud so please help me from this fraud contract. Also the date in the contract doesn't matches with the one when i started working for them.
Please help me to resolve my problem and a quick action will be expected from my side.

They called my first and took my signature and photo, after i added they said that to delete my agrreement and now they were telling if i didnt complete my work in 10 days, they said that i should pay 5000/- return to them, before they didnt tell about it.at first when i ask them they said no need to pay any money, later after taking my photo and signature they told that incase of incomplete work or any mistakes they will charge 5000/- from me, Now iam unable to open it to do work atleast. From the afternoon a message is cuming that the seesion will start at 6 p.m, even its cuming the same at 7.30 p.m also..No one is responding to my calls from that company. How can i get rid of these fraud optrica technology.

A company named Optrica technology first called me up for work from home. Then took my photo signature telling me that to fill up my form they need my photo and signature. But they without telling me formed an agreement using my photo and signature and they didnot assigned me any work. I Tried to contact them many times in Watsapp messages and calls but no one responded then I thought that it is fake and deleted that app. But now I am getting mails and messages from help4captcha, Akshay Mistry and Advocate asking me to pay 50000₹.
Sir, I am a student I can’t pay this money. Please, healp me to come out from this.

Dear sir, i got the call for part time job about captcha filling. If we achieve 90% accuracy then full salary will be given. They did not giving proper information. While working for them today i have gone through the reviews of this company online and then i came to know that it is fraudulent company. Let me know what should i do, should i still complete there work or should i leave it, as per reviews in any case - they will not pay but will ask us for the penalty. Please help!!

During the registration process they asked me adhar and photo so i sent. Then they have sent link to my mail id and to write signature through digital pad. They misused and pasted on legal bond and did fraud.. Then after one week the company asked me to pay 5000 as penalty they decoited me through advocate notice.. They did fraud and again they are asking 10000 i'm help less.. They are playing with the lives of poor unemployees.. Kindly take necessary action on this fraud company and refund my 5000 amount.

Sir/madam, mene quikrr pe part time job me liye apply kiya tha, to mujhe optrica technology se ek call aya air unhone mujhe online captcha filling ki work diya. Mein ek student gun mere padhayi me liye mein part time job karna chahta tha. To men's yes kar diya. Phir unhone mujhe mera adhaar card details manta through whatsapp. Phir unhone mujhe ek mobile app me through mera signature manga air mera photo bhi manta. Phir suddenly unhone ek court paper bheja jisme mera photo aaur signature tha. Unhone mere nina permission se bina bataye mujhse signature or photo liya. Here i got a phone call from the optrica technology they are fully confused me and they are asked my all details.. Still i didn't got the user id and password but they are asking the money u have to pay the penalty 12, 500 other wise u filed the case on the court against on you they are always making a phone call i'm fully disturbed always getting the phone number [protected] plz help me get out this problem i'm belong to the poor family now i'm in final year of my degree they are playing with my life i couldn't concentrate on my studies.. But in the agreement in case u didn't fulfill u r work u have to the penalty 5000 but now they are asking large amount of money plz help me now what i have to do... Hi they took my sign and photo and didnot tell me it was for agreement then but my sign and photo on agreement without my permission. Then i ask them for their company address, they have no address. I told them they are fraud then they ask me to pay 5000 and trouble me by sending messages about court and blackmailing me. Sir/madam, i had applied for the work from homejobs. One person call me and said that optrica technology providing you 10000 and you complete the work in 10 days with 90%accuracy. After the submission of work they will deduct some money from the payment and send me the remaing balance. I have submitted the id proof. Before all i said them that i can't follow your language. Then they msg me in whtsup. Send me a link to dwnld the agreement copy. They said to took a selfie and sign. They again call me and i'm not aware that iam signing tge agreement. Next day they give me a id and pass word. But when i work, amount added to my work in that app is not correct. I just complaint it to theor helpline. And tgey said, just complete your work if you drop u will be punished. And then i seaeched about optrica technology and found that it is a fake company and iam trapped. Today they mail me and msg me that they will take it leagally or will pay 5000. Now some one call me and tourtering, i said i dont want to pay you. She said that i will forward the fir against you. I am so depressed. Please help me out of this problem. Pls.

Respectsir and madam, i am jamalpur anand raj, i received call on 14/2/2019for optrica technology agent regarding captcha work, he said to send my aadhar card by mail, after few minutes he said whatsapp my photos photograph and my signature, without my permission he said agreement has been accepted bayou for filling a captcha 10000 in 10 days, even though i have completed at captcha 10000 in10 days, now they are saying you are not completed acquired captcha 9000, and i want to cancel my agreement please help me

They called me and asked me the confirmation about the work which have to be completed within 10days without informing that i have to pay penalty of 5000rupees if not submitted.. I have completed the work in their given app.. I have solved 4000capthas but the count was showing 969 only... After agreeing the job offer they have mailed me one agreememt in which my signature was digitalized in it without my prior permission then i found it's fraud company
What i do now sir please help sir.

Hello, I got a call today from this company called Optrica Technology. They have taken my Aadhar Card photo and signature for some online work and said that I have to complete it in 10 days, otherwise I have to pay 5000, but nothing is working now. So I started searching for some information of the company and found numerous similar complaints against the company. Please help me out at the earliest.

First they took my signature in the goverment document without my permission and since now when the work was not completed they have started calling me for money. What to do now. Plz help me. They gave 10000 captchas to complete it in 10 days. But after few days the application was'nt opening properly. So because of this i could'nt complete my work. Now after 10 days they have started calling me to pay the penaltty amount or else they will file a case on me.

Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Abinash Jena.Before 10 days i got a call for part time job regarding captcha entry.She told me i hv to type 10000 captcha in 10 days in which i hv to provide 90% accuracy there after i would get salary22500 frm where 5000 would b deducted.she also asked me 4 adhar card nd photo which i provided after she asked me to send my signature and selfie pic which i send thereafter they send me a fake agreement with my signature and photo without permission or consent of me and there it was written if i dont able to complete in time or if 90% wont be correct then i hv to pay the penalty of Rs 5000 and i was unaware if this agreement.today one of their lawyer called me demanding the penalty of 5000+2510 for terminating d contract or legal action would b taken to me for which i paid in fear of legal action.now instead of terminating contract they are calling frequently frm different numbers giving identity of advocate, clearance dept.officer etc demanding more12000 to terminate the contract that i hv denied to paid.now they r threatening me to take legal action nd to send court notice.i m vry much afraid nd agony of this nd i m seeking help from u to resolve my problem.Please help me as soon as possible as i couldnt able to find any way nd i hv my family wid wife nd 5 year kid.waiting 4 ur reply.please consider this.

Suddenly unhone mere ko bina inform kiye ek agreement send kr diya jisme likha tha ki mai unka kaam quite krta hu ya galat fill krta hu to wo mujhse 5000 ki penalty lenge warna wo mere against court se legal action lenge.. Sir maine us agreement pr sign nhi kiye unhone copy paste kiya hai.. Sir maine google review read kiya to wo ek fraud company hai bahut complains hai uske against... But suddenly i got a fake agreemaent to my mail and i got to know that it is a fake company and i want to quit this but i have to pay penality of 5000rs itseems. Otherwise they are going to send court notices itseems.

I have applied for the work from home jobs through click india. I have received a call claiming to provide the data entry work.
I have submitted my aadhar card for id proof after a few minutes they sent me a link to the agreement copy with my name on it in the signature column
I have signed my signature on mobile phone on another link which they have sent
I have not signed any agreement manually
As per the agreement i have to submit the data with in 10 days after i started the work it was not showing any count for correct one or wrong one how many were done
The company does not have any address
As per the mail conversation with the company they cannot share the address please check from your end
The company does not have corporate index number provided by the government and no office address
The company advocate is calling if i have to cancel the contract i have to pay a sum of rs. 12, 500/-
In the agreement if i cannot submit the data on time i have to pay a penalty of rs. 5000/-
It was clearly mentioned in the agreement that i can cancel the agreement at anytime no specific cancelation charges were mentioned
Please help in this one whether i have to pay the penalty amount or cancelation charges for the company
