fraud via threats of civil and criminal legal action based on fake agreement
Hi
I am getting an advocates mail from [protected]@gmail.com and call from this number [protected](checked on Truecaller-name is coming as Advocate Mayur Joshi) threatening that i need to pay 5000 to some Optrica Technology because our agreement has been terminated.I have not done any agreement with them for any work.These guys are trying to commit fraud with me.There are several complaints in other consumer forums also which are as follows:

It's a fraud company. They didn't given any work details through my mail. But now charging money from me through the lawyer that i've not completed my work so that i've to pay money. And the main thing is they have been asked me to sign first without providing the agreement. They totally miss guided to me. It's a fraud company. Lot's of people complaining against this company.

You people are cheaters...you have sent the agreement after acceptance... which is not legal..you people will definitely punished by god.. cheating students and innocent people for your well being..Shame on you

Or na hi koi demo diya or na hi koi kuch instructions diya achanak work de diya or kha ki 10 din me submit krna h nhi toh 5000 penalty pay krni hogi
Or kaam me mujhe jb kuch smjh nhi aaya toh khte h ki skip kr do skip krne lga toh koi captcha type nhi kr pawnga.
Toh wske baad koi reply hi nhi aaya phir mene kaam krna band kr diya or achanak ek din mene lawer ke through ek notic bheja h ki penalty pay kro wrna legal way apnayge .
Ab aap batto ki main kya kru ye h problem and jo smjh nhi aa rha tha wo captcha

Koi mere problem solve kardo maine 1.5 saal phele kaam band kar diya tha aaj call aaya ke payment nhi kiya to mere ghar notice aayega

I have applied for the work from home jobs captcha entry through click india
Company name optrica technology
Providing 10000 forms in 10 days
After the submission of work they will deduct some money from the payment and send will the remaining balance for the first time
I have submitted my id proof they sent me a link to download the agreement copy and work app with user id and password
After logging in to the account it is saying that the session will be start after 6pm after logging in after 6pm it says the same message
They provide an agreement with my name on it i didn't sign any agreement manually and submitted
Please help me with this issue

Dear Sir, I got the call for part time job about captcha filling. If we achieve 90% accuracy then full salary will be given. They did not giving proper information. While working for them today i have gone through the reviews of this company online and then I came to know that it is fraudulent company. Let me know what should i do, But i stop working because fraud Company.
