10 days for single bike transport from Pune to Bangalore

With full of frustration I write this!
Booked a single bike from Pune to Bangalore on 17th Jun 2022 with LR no. [protected]:
- Pune to Bangalore should take 1 or 2 days, max 3 days
- Today 24th Jun after 6 days still bike not arrived
- From Pune the parcel went to Telangana and yet not loaded from there
- I was planning to house shift, I will not make such mistake
The customer care no. [protected] what is the use? Call is all time waiting!

I sent Cargo from Anakapalli to Hyderabad on 22/11/2014. Day(24/11/2014) i received with damaged condition. I asked for reason, very worst response got from Anakapalli office agent Nani [protected], Hyderabad office [protected], [protected] and customer care. Dont trust orange cargo carriers worst service .out 5 items they damaged 4 items i added proof also dont trust Orange cargo. Anakapalli Office Agent worst dont trust nani travels in anakapalli and anakaplli agent charged 4000 and he giving invoice for 3000

I have sent a parcel to delhi from coimbatore on 6th Aug 2016. My LR No. is. CBE/P/16/00998. The tracking in Orange Cargo is not functioning. There is no response from the delhi office if we call it. They are asking us to go a visit them. The number I contacted is [protected] in delhi. When our people went there they are saying the parcel has not come. WHAT WE HAVE TO DO. PLEASE RESPOND.

Never ever book your luggage through orange cargo, my luggage bag is damaged and these people are not even listening to me, very bad experience, worst behaviour of marathahalli staff.
