Dear Sir,
The ORATIONIS INTERNATIONAL SERVICES took Rs 45000 from me + GST and interest to provide lodging/food for holiday package. They promised to refund the interest and all other extra charges. Now their customer care phone number [protected] is switch off . They stopped replying the Email also. I doubt even the office would have also gone.
One of the employees name was 'Sukhbir Sing' - though not sure if this his real...

Orationis International Services (OIS) is a fraud company that has looted money of many in and around Kolkata. The company promised of trips and dayouts and vouchers, but now has disappeared from here. The office was located at 9th Floor at Acropolis Mall. The mall securities are suspicious and seemed to be involved in this fraud. Overall I would like the consumer forum to take necessary steps against the company. Even I'm a victim of these fraudsters. Legal actions are a must here.

Dear Sir,

Based on the discussion took membership for INR 25000 for 6 day 7 night (on 16th July 2023) from Orationis International Services. They said go for EMI and no interest or processing fee will be charged.
1. Booking/itinerary not provided after repeated intimation.
2. The Interest Amount for EMI i.e. - INR 2315 they said it will be refunded but never refunded.
3. Vouchers for Hotel, Movie and spa are not redeemed.

Membership : INR 25000
EMI : INR 2315.86
Processing Fee : INR 199

Total cost - INR 27514.86

The agreement says - "If the services are not delivered regarding the holidays services the paid amount towards the membership cost will be refunded" they are not refunding back the amount. It is our money from the hard work. It is painful to loose by such fraud person/companies like this.

My humble request to look into this matter and help us to get back the amount we lost.

I had paid an initial payment of Rs. 5000 to this company on 4th of January 2024 against purchase of a tour and travel package offered by them, now afterwards on contacting them, all nos. found switched off, even the customer care no. also.
I understand it's a fraudulent act happened with me.
Hence I urge you help me to get my money refund...

Vouchers not redeemed...Akbar the sales guy is absconding...it's a a fake fake company..not sure how these #-£&-**are allowed to operate with impunity

We were called saying that we were selected and supposed to get movie ticket spa and I holiday packages completely free.

And once people comes the almost forced to take membership.

When asked them to redeem the voucher they says it is promotional offer at bulk people will be notified. After waiting 4-5 months no intimation received.

Based on the discussion agreed to take membership for 25k for 6day 7 night in any place in India. They said go for EMI and no interest or processing fee will be charged. When informed about the extra charge they said it will be refunded but never did so.
When asked for a booking on March they says booking window will be started on December.

And such way they keep on giving excuses.

Their agent ms sarbani mondal called innumerable times telling us we won lucky draw and then tried to allure us by opting their travel plan. In the end the gift vouchers they gave us were all subjected to approval from their side, which they never did. They are not responding to any calls or texts now unlike the previous behaviour.

They invite you for gifts and try to scam you with tour packages.

Read carefully what they are cheating

orationis international services cheated me with the false services, they invited me for their company function.

1) service payment fraud
they offered me their services with emi options, they took my credit card details for emi installments. They said the emi amount will be debited from my credit card in 1st week of every month, but they debited the whole amount. I realized and approached them, again they promised me they will pay the credit card interest amount into my credit card before the due date but they are not paying the interest amount into my credit card.

2) service vacation fraud
they had many complain against them like vijay, parvez, few months ago their service office in indore (mp) that is closed now after cheating many people here. Vacation they offered only just a lollipop after you avail actual issue on the location. Like hotels/food/transportation etc...

3) customer service fraud
in this mode they have zero in all section, after taking money from your side they will not entertain about your query and always inform you calling back in some time. Cheaters...

They are disturbing many people mentally, *** so be cautious ***

They promised so many offers initially and took money from us. 1.5lakh

They gave dinner and movie facilities for 2-3 months and then they stopped responding us and closed office where we registered.

Contacted so many times on email and cell phone. No response.

Please help

Thay closed there office and not receive any call. Thay mailed office staff changing and management issues. Not provide any services and offers. I am mention their company details Site &Mail and mb no.
