This is a Absolute Fraud company.
Took the membership in November. No service has been provided till date.
Mobile number has become Invalid.
No response to mails.
Today I went to the Kolkata Branch office at the Acropolis Mall and found that the Office has Shut Down.
No way to contact them. Money is lost.
Will lodge an official Police complaint.
Nobody should fall into their trap.
One Mr. Akbar was the main person who duped me. Other frauds involved are Mr. Prince and Ms. Sanchita.
I have all documents to prove the Fraud.
Consumer Forum should take up the matter.

I took OIS membership ( Membership no. OIS#KL1567 on 17.3.24 in Kolkata with their promise in printed agreement documents signed by their representative. I paid Rs.1.6 Lakhs from my credit card toward this membership.
Now for the last 10 days, I have tried to contact them to know to avail the free vouchers given by them can be utilized. I sent several mails to their customer service to book my holidays & other facilities associated with the membership.
To my surprise, all of them have switched off their mobiles and purposely barred my calls. No reply from customer service also.
Under this circumstance, I am at a loss. It appears that I am cheated and they have fled away with my money. I require help to sort out the matter.
Not able to contact any representatives as they have blocked my calls.

We had enrolled for a holiday package in Orationis International Services Pvt Ltd in their Kolkata office on 9th floor of Acropolis Mall. It was a 35 day package that costed us 1.5 Lakhs. We were promised of various hotel and holiday services in India and other Asian countries. They took money from us but dont provide any service. They also don't respond to our calls and emails.
