I have placed an order for booking 5 tickets via tamilnaducinemas. Amount of rs. 826.99has been debited from my account even though ticket has not received....

I have booked six ticket for watching bahubali 2 in Devi Theater by using the online ticket booking services "http://www.ticketnew.com". The show was booked to watch on 04/05/2017 12:00PM.
On 04/05/2017 all six o[censored]s reached to Devi theatre and the show was not started till 1:30PM.
