Not receiving movie ticket

I have booked 2 tickets to geethalaya cinemas for vikram movie for the cost of 409.but I don't receive any tickets on 04.06.2022

Movie, ticket booking/show cancelled money not refunded

I have booked six ticket for watching bahubali 2 in Devi Theater by using the online ticket booking services "http://www.ticketnew.com". The show was booked to watch on 04/05/2017 12:00PM.
On 04/05/2017 all six o[censored]s reached to Devi theatre and the show was not started till 1:30PM.
When we checked with the theatre officials, they said, they are facing some technical issues and most probably the show will be cancelled.
The theatre officials also mentioned that if you wanna to leave the theatre, you can leave, we will inform ticketnew.com to refund your money.
Based on the conversation with theatre officials, we left the theatre at 1:35pm.
But till date I didn't got my refund from ticketnew.com. I have contacted ticketnew.com customer care and mailed them for refund and as they mentioned they did not got any update from the Devi theatre about the refund and they mentioned to contact Devi theatre.
But, in the devi theatre they pointed back to ticketnew.com, Not sure what can I do here?.
we booked each ticket with Rs 120 and the total cost for six ticket was Rs 720. We are seeking some help to get our money refund back.
Please help us to get the refund amount. Thanking You in Advance.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, the tickets cancelled and refund initiated and credit would happen within 3 to 5 bank working days. for any queries please mail us at [protected]@ticketnew.com

Sir.. I have booked 9 tickets for vadachennai movie at ags t nagar. I paid the money for ticket but till now i did not get any confirmation email or message. I want to know the status, if it is cancelled kindly repay my money.
Hlo.. sir we have using ticket new for booking tickets...but orbgen technology pvt.lt Chennai was debited ₹267 and ₹125 monthly..I don't know why..it's has took since 7-8 months .. so pls refund my money and soon check this and take actions
