I was travelling daily from jalanfhar to Nawanshar/Balachaur by orbit bus keaving from Jalandhar at 8:15 a.m. i travelled daily for last about more than four years. I must say all these years the behaviour of your driver and conductor was good but recently i noticed a sea change in the behaviour of your conductor. Despite there being empty seats in the bus he refused me to drop at Nawanshar despite my asking to drop me on the highway bypass from where the bus has to pass. I felt as if the conductor owns the bus and doesnt care about any finacial loss of travelling without passanger. Transport is a public utility and how can anyone refuse any passanger from boarding and dropping on the way that too which is a distance of 60km. No regard for a dedicated old passanger who has spent thousands to your company. Would appreciate if you consider it seriously even though i know it might not be that important or serious to you.. But IMAGE should be the concern.

I am a resident of talwandi sabo, bathinda, and for business related reasons, i often travel to chandigarh. There is one ac coach that runs between raman (Raman mandi, punjab) and chandigarh everyday, and i have travelled in it often between talwandi sabo and chandigarh. However, everytime, i have been facing the problem of arbitrary ticket price; during the month of may 2019, it kept fluctuating between rupees 400-450. For instance, i travelled from talwandi sabo to chandigarh on 22nd may 2019 on the bus that runs between raman and chandigarh and i bought the tickets for rupees 400. On 31st may 2019, i took the same bus from chandigarh to talwandi sabo, and i was charged rupees 450. When i inquired about the same with the conductor, he misbehaved with me and i was told that this is the price, and i can chose not to travel if i am not ready to pay the same. Many other travellers, who use the same route are facing the same problem. Therefore, please look into the matter and take necessary action.
