Hi,
I have purchased OrbiTrek Elite 9 Months back, I have given a complaint 4 days back regarding the Assemble and footrest pedal nut should be damage and missing I have follow-up 5 times till now this has not resolved. Whenever I'm calling they are saying today definitely we Will send the Technicians but they are not sending every time this is only happening. I have talked 2 times their staff at Chennai office also...

I hvae purchased this machine before 2 years. On April 15th the cycle stopped functioning well as its pedal/chain have got stuck. Been calling their customercare number for the past 2 months. But except repeated promises to send technicians to repair the cycle, nothing has happened yet !said that no service people are available , and i was asked to send that machine to their by an Auto and left the machine as it is and upto now he's...

I bought ORBITREK Elite in the month of Novermber 2010 with all excitement. For my surprise the machine started giving trouble within a month. The Wheel started moving in a Zig Zag manner. Hoping that Orbitrek people will give a better service, I called them not once but more that 10 times. I really got mad with their false promises. Till today no one has called me or not even an apology mail. Friends, pls be aware of all telebuy products....

Never do teleshopping. Bought an Orbitrek exercycle duped by its teleshopping ad in a local tv channel. I was stupid to pay about Rs 15000.00. Barely six months after buying it, the cycle stopped functioning well as its pedal/chain have got stuck. Been calling their customercare number for the past 2 months. But except repeated promises to send technicians to repair the cycle, nothing has happened yet !...

after delivery service
I hvae purchased this machine before 6 months, i have not received the kit that has to be delivered with the machine at the time of delivery. Not i ma calling them for more than 10 days for a service and delivery of that kit. every day i receive a promise and nobody turned till now. i spoke to alomost every body in the service team. recheal /susan/sekar . no use. pls do not purchase anything from this office. you will not get after delivery...
