I ordered 12 sets of neon bulb from this website and paid the advanced payment.. it's been 5 months there is no update from company side.. Even they don't have any customer care no. And I got no refund.

I ordered 2 products through this website. I paid the money. But the products are not delivered and no refund from them.

I paid rs4200 on an order on order2india website and asked for cancellation, bit there is no response from [protected]@order2india.com. There is no button to cancel order too. I need my money back and this website needs to be banned. Please lodge a consumer conplaint against it. I have all the proofs of the purchase.

5 months before i order this product, still i didn't received that order, can you please give me the confirmation when i can receive that order....

I have ordered basic landline phone worth rs.2966/- on 27 dec2019. But i have not received the item and nor any refund. They are not replyin my mail on [protected]@order2india.com and not receiving any call on their customer care no.[protected]. Is this fake site? Can i get my money back..? Is anyone there to regulate and controll these fake sites..? Where should i complain..?
