I placed my order on 23rd April 2021. It's been 45 days and still I did receive my order. That order contains few medicine if it would have reached on time then the patient would have recover till now. You are not responding on emails and phone lines always go busy.
Your courier partner Xpressbee is also not responding. It says "data not found".
Refund my money if you can't deliver it.

Patajali order me app, i ordered multiple items through order number 228748.
Its was a partial delivery and i am followuping up with support team for more than a month now.
They are not refunding my money despite assurance. Please help

My self krishnachandra singh had ordered from orderme app which was of amount ₹1126 on 23rd aug 2020 for which i had done the online payment. They had only messaged me that your order is confirmed. After that i waited for 2weeks no rply, not even any message was send to me regarding my order. I tried contacting on their customer care number they hardly recieve any call, after trying for 2days they received my call so told them about my issue i. E. Order is not yet delivered they replied your order is been cancelled and when i asked about refund they are rplying me ok will check the refund. That means they were not bothered about my refund nor concerned.
After reminding them they were checking the status and rplied it will be done. Still waiting for my refund.

Horrible experience with orderme

I have placed an order with #50190 with orderme on[protected]. The product was never delivered. I have sent a number of emails, number of phone calls with customer care to refund my money for the order. However there has been no action from there end until now. They will close the ticket without taking any actions.

I am also attaching couple of screenshots of number of tickets which has been opened and then closed without taking action.
