Oriental Bank Complaints & Reviews

My name is saurabh sharma and my account in oriental bank of commerce transport nagar meerut. My transaction is failed on 24 march in atm cash deposit machine but my money rs. 10000 is not refund by atm machine box. I complain to bank and bank incharge himself check the atm machine and notify me that excess 10000 cash has been found in atm but my my money is not refunded to me. After so many visit and call no solution is find......

last year my bike was theft and i forget to intimate to oriental bank within 48 hours thats why.
oriental bank has clearly refused to give mony for that and i am depressed.
What to do now.
Can any one help me for this.
