I recharged my fastag account and haven’t got the balance updated but money was debited from account so strict complain and legal action will be taken against this scam company if I will not get my money back

    I recharged my fast tag account on 22/04/23 for Rs.2120. But this amount is not reflected in the fast tag account of Federal Bank. On checking the statement the amount has credited with Orion Techno Age OPC PR Noida.
    This seems a fraud transactions thru online payment.
    Yesterday i tried to pay Rs 500 to recharge my fast tag account.. instead this company took Rs530 but it never went to my fast tag!! Must be scam .. a fraud!!

    On31stmay2024i paid rs265 to my fasttag account but it never went to my fastag
    Must be scam..a fraud

    Under transaction ID [protected] Rs 502 was paid online for recharging fast tag of ICICI BANK of Car no AP16 DJ8191 on 26.10.24 But the fast tag was not recharged Please look into this

    We would like to inform you that the refund against the failed recharge/bill payment is already processed in the terms of eCash in the zap wallet that is created with your registered mobile number - 8985045449, these credits available in zap wallet have no any expiry date, and you may kindly use these credits as per your convenience at any time and can get your recharge/bill payment done.

    Here is the complete procedure to login in zap wallet and get the recharge/bill payment done.

    Kindly visit on https://rechargezap.in click on login tab and enter your registered mobile number, you will get an OTP enter it and submit, you will be redirected to your rechargezap wallet where you may kindly find the available balance and can make another recharge by clicking on Make another recharge Tab.

    We would request you to kindly confirm in case you want the available credits to be refunded in the source bank account, so that we can do the needful.
