    Amount debited but jio recharge not done. Today I recharged 25 rupees for my jio number [protected]. Total amount was debited from my account was 27 rupees, 25 rupees for 2 GB net pack and 2 rupees charge. But till now I haven't received the net balance. also sharing the message which I received after the recharge. Please check and reverse the amount or recharge my number.

        My Paytm wallet reflects amount already credited to Rs. 3179.00 Paid to ORION TECHNO AGE OPC PRIVATE LIMITED via cashcard on 12 Feb 2024 10:23 PM. Payu id reference number is [protected].Bnak reference no. is 20240212010820000963927102791410587 and Payment Gateway is Paytm
        Message received from [protected]@rechargezap.in shows recharge of JIO [protected] for Rs.2999 is Failed. Kindly look into and arrange to refund the amount

                  I have done an online recharge of 565 rupees, but my mobile is not recharged, but my request is to refund my money.
                  Orion Techno Age Opc Pvt Ltd is a fraud compamy, PayU seems to have some sort of connection with this company, they are sending fast tag, mobile recharge, electricity bill payments.. all sorts of payments by consumer to this fraud company.

                      I did a recharge for ₹1271 through their portal for prepaid jio recharge on July 13th 11.11pm using Gpay but the recharge did not happen and I had to raise a SR with Jio customer service. The case was closed on 15th stating refund will be issued in 10 days. Today is 4th August 2023 and no refund was issued.
                      Speaking to Jio customer service I was given to understand that Orion Techno age opc private ltd is not an authorised dealer for Jio.
                      How can this issue be resolved and refund received?
                      Orion Techno Age Opc Pvt Ltd is a fraud compamy, PayU seems to have some sort of connection with this company, they are sending fast tag, mobile recharge, electricity bill payments.. all sorts of payments by consumer to this fraud company.

                          I made an recharge for my car KA09MC7841 on this payment gateway suggested by Google search engine at 06:49 am on 28 July via Paytm with reference number UPI NUMBER[protected]. Till 9 30 am, the amount hasn't got credited to my fastag account, and I was unable to utilise the payment to pass the toll plaza on Mysuru Bengaluru Highway.
                          I request that the payment of ₹1060 charged to me be reversed, and this Company be penalized for deficiency of service.
                          Were these refundi ssues resolved?
