Post 8 month of the complaint above, we can not see any improvement from builders side. Infact situation is more worst. As I mentioned above Ostwal builder has a land acquisition issue at this site. Now he is using same access of building no 8 for bldg. No. 9, 10, 11 and 12. You can imagine a situation only one entrance for 320 flats which also using as exit. Not sure how corporation permits these projects. Now as he already given a possession for new site situation is worst, the entrance space is just like a street, thousands of entries every day, no security, no boundary walls and the main issue is with kids when they play downstares, lot of vehicles disturbance which may be a cause of accident . The surprise the Ostwal builder is not even asking his customer or taking there consent prior doing such things, we bought flat from him, he didn't gift us it. You can imagine he has connected the drainage line of 9 to 12 building to our building, it will be a big drainage issue in some days. Yday builder person met me in regards to my complaint and ask me to withdraw the same. He came with one latter that all the issues has been solved, as due to this complaint he is not getting one of the redevelopment project in Borivali
I believe in God, I am a working class person, purchase a flat for my family and paying bank emi every month and if this builder is cheat me, god will teach him lesson. My request to all buyers if you are plan to buy flat for your family please stay away from this builder.
ठीक कहा आपने, ये लोग पैसे की कमाई के लिए जीवन के शारे धर्म और संस्कार, नीति और नियम के खिलाफ जाके गरीब और लाचार ग्राहक के पैसे से, उनपे अत्याचार और भ्रष्टाचार करके अपने समाज मे बड़ा दीख ने का ढोग करते है, जबकी सच्चाई यह है कि एसे लोगों को समाज में सबसे बुरे लोगों की सूची में होना चाहिए॰

साल मार्च 2010 के फ्लॅट का व्यवहार के मामलेमे मैंने उनपे वर्ष 2013 के 99/13 महाराष्ट ग्राहक कोर्ट में दावा किया और नवंबर 2016 में दावा जीता, और उन्होंने राष्ट्रीय आयोग दिल्ली में उसकी चुनौती दी है॰

एसे लोग ग्राहक को अपने डाव-पेच मै उस तरहा से उलजा कर रखते है की एक गरीब ग्राहक अपने कष्टों और होते हुवे अत्याचारों से जीवन भर लड़ता रहता है और कमजोर ग्राहक उनके पास जाके समजोता कर लेता है॰ क्या ये अत्याचार नही? जुल्मी और पापी है ये लोग॰

यदी आप कोई भी एस प्रकारके जुल्म और अत्याचार की लदाय लड़ रहे हो?, आपको यदी कीसी प्रकार की साहियोग और सहाय की जरूरत लगे॰ मुजे संपर्क करे॰

    I have purchased a flat at ostwal orchid bldg no. 8, i got very bad experience of customer support and delivery. The solar system he installed is not working at all. Now already more than 3 years happen after possession he is delaying the society formation as he is having some legal issues with the land title. He is now using the ostwal orchid 8 premises for construction of his new phase as the other land owner is not giving him access to his plot. And i purchase a car parking from him and now as the construction is going on he is asking me not to park my vehicle at the my own parking due to expecting damaged without doing alternative arrangements, now everyday material from construction site is coming on my vehicle. I need your help in this.

    I met the builder today, he understands all the issues, he is very co-operative, sort out the some critical issues and agreed to clear all the pending issues asap, . So now no complaints against the builder - Ashwin Patil
    In addition to complaint below, I missed one important point which is related to property tax, due to builders mistake for filling details with corporation, corporation charging us property tax on super built-up since past 3 years and builder is not helping us to rectify this. When we are asking corporation to amend this, corporation guy saying us 1st ask your builder to get paid all the 400 owners property tax and then they will rectify this. Please help us in resolving this issue

    I AM HAVING 2 Flats In a Building Name As Ostwal Ornate In Bhayander East .
    I came to Know that This bulding is Not having OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE.
    I files RTI IN MBMC and Came To Know that 90% of The Projects devloped Buy Ostwal Bulders have No OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE .
    BY FILLING LETTER UNDER RTI IE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT I CAME TO KNOW THAT MOE THANE 30 casaes are running on OSTWAL BUILDERS OWNER IE UMROAO SINGH OSTWAL AND KULDEEP OSTWAL ANY BODY REQUIRES IT CALL ME on [protected]

      Sir do something about construction quality in Mira road, there are lots of problems like seapages, leakages . the floor size is less then what was promised . faulty electrical materials .
      How this builders are given clearances god only knows . they promised us in two months we get municipal water supply but still we rely on tankers . the builders to be elect society are seeking bribe of thousands of rs other wise they will cut the water or harm us in other way

        Significant delays and poor eperience with builder

        We had booked 2 apartments in Mira road project in September 2011. We were told that possession will be completed by end of 2012. After this project work was not even started until 2013. In addition to this delay at each stage we were given problems and were forced to keep making payments. At one time we were even forced to change our apartments floor for which we did not agree. We were provide final possession letter in October 2014,...
