Oswaal Books Complaints & Reviews

I ordered oswaal cbse question bank class 10 Hindi A and there were some chapters entirely missing from it. And they claim that their books are strictly according to 2023 syllabus....

I ordered two eBooks for class 12 commerce on 5 February 2022 Order number OB4934-S, Oswaal did not provide link, I contacted many time through email and response was our team will get back to you soon, even whatsApp no response....

Dear Sir,
I ve ordered CBSE class 10th sanskrit sample papers 8 books on 30th September 2021. Vide order number OB255115. But Yesterday[protected], I have received a packet contain only one sample paper. My order i.d is OB255115. Our exam will be starting within a month.
In this situation I ve Harassed by received only one sample
paper today.
So, kindly do the needful and send me my 8 books

We have purchased MCQ question bank chapter wise class 12 for PCB, English and Psychology and found out that few answers given are wrong. This is not expected from OSWAL publishers. So how could a student reply on the books for their examination preparation?...

I am very disappointed. I have ordered 6 books and paid through net banking but I received only one book instead of 6....

INVOICE no. was OB243595 but I received only one book i.e Hindi MCQ (B). Did not received (Hindi all in one) as there was only one book in the consignment.The consignment no.was [protected]. It is also clearly mentioned with the red pen on the address sheet that they are sending MCQ Hindi B only whereas the order was of MCQ HINDI B as well as HINDI ALL IN ONE...

I had ordered a two set of books under order numbers OB250919 (Which got delivered) and OB250820 this one had 9 books 1 single and 8 as a bundle namely Oswaal ICSE MCQs Chapterwise Question Bank Class 10 (Set of 8 Books) English Paper- 1 (Language) & English Paper-2 (Literature), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, History & Civics (For Semester 1, 2021-22 Exam with the largest MCQ Quest and one single book of Oswaal ICSE...

I ordered class 10 mcqs question bank with sample papers (set of 6 books) and I recieved only 4 books instead of 6 books...I paid rs.1, 134 for 6 books and I didnt get all the books...I called oswaal book's contact numbers continously but they didn't pick my call.I need the remaining books or I need my money back. very pathetic oswaal books very worst...😡😡😡😡😡...

I'm very disappointed about oswaal costumer service, I've ordered 9 book's and got 3 book's of ICSE class 10 mcq after we gave up hope about oswaal.
The book's were paid at online.

And I Tired to communicate through the mail, call's and messages more than twice, but they didn't respond to any!!
Shame on u for being a daylight cheater....

I have ordered class 9 Term 1 mcq book from Amazon. Today it was arrived but i have received 3 books out of 5. They take RS. 582 from me for 5 books but given 3 books. Afer calling also, they are not taking up the calls. No responses....

Very disappointed to receive only 2 books when we paid for 5 that too after days and days of waiting. Shame on you Oswaal for being a Pathetic Day-light Robber/Cheat...

I ordered cbseclass 10 mcq chapterwise question bank for science, maths and social through flipkart but, only received the mcq book for science, and a letter was received that other books will be ordered by oxwall soon, but i didn't get the books after many days, I paid the whole money for the three books .My exams are approaching and I need the books, I am really disappointed by Oxwall, Deliver the remaing books faster...

I have ordered for OSWAL CBSE class 10 and Class 12 Sample Question paper books Online. I have already PAID the amount for that ONLINE. At that time I was told that I would receive the books by 14 December 2020 at my address. But Now today 16 December is over and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Very Unprofessional Service by OSWAL Books. Deliver me the books that I have Ordered and Paid for. Try to keep YOUR COMMITMENT....

Made payment Rs.1402/- on 29.04.2020 for above mentioned order but till date books are not delivered. Several mails and messages in messenger were given but no result. I am seeing that books are published but not delivered to me....

I purchased oswaal 15 sample paper book mathematics class 12 2020 from Flipkart. When I opened the book, I found everything was ok, and the book was in a good condition. But now when I am practising it, when I compared the book with the book of my other friends, it doesn't contain some question and has many wrong questions in it. Also some questions were not from our present syllabus. ...

I ordered the book of isc class 12 english but received the book of icse class 10 english. When i tried to email the company, they were uncooperative and they did not tell me about how to start the return process. First of all i ordered the books on june 15 but received it on august 20. And even then i received the wrong books and their customer service were insensitive. They ignored my calls and emailed me with inappropriate responses....

I had bought this book either on 3rd september or 4th september from a book fair organised in dehradun. Now the problem is that i am a student of class 11 and i asked them to provide class 11 book to me. Now what they did is that they gave me the book of class 12. Now at present, i can't use it at all. So i request you to either take the book back and return me my money or replace this book with class 11 cbse 1o last years...

We ordered 7 books online. But we received only 5. Ordered in june 2017. But still we didn't receive our books. Whenever we call they say we will send in 2 days or they say out of stock.. Finally we purchased outside and asked them to refund. Ravi from oswaals he said will refund within 2 days. Please don't order online prefer cash on delivery if you order online....

I will like to inform u that a coaching class in surat is using. Your cbse oswal digest to publish their reference books. I being their ex student want to inform you because they use their classes name to sell their reference books to their students. They simply change the book's cover nd publish it by using their name. They are enjoying wrong fame through it. It is against your copyright action. Please take immediate action.
