Please remove the mtnl pole which is in front of my gate add-3066/7B/1A Ground floor Ranjit nagar near SKV School shadi khampur. delhi-110008. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole that exists for mtnl just 10 m away from this pole.
Issues because of this pole:
1. Fire threatening because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators
2. Theft issue as this is used by thieves to reach to the balconies
3. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler can go and causes jam and fights
4. Parking issues, as there is no space left because of its wrong position
5. There is no point of having multiple poles within such close proximity of 10 m Residents,

Auto rickshaw are parked on both sides of our road without allowing other vehicles to pass or people to pass, please look into it urgently. It is a community not for auto rickshaw to be parked. Auto drivers are keeping music loudly and talking bad about ladies

Dear Team, I tried to purchase a resale flat near KPHB, Hyderabad, Telangana in the month of Nov, 2021 and I have given 1lakh rupees as Token advance to seller. Our agreement proof is on normal white paper only. I have Google pay proof and watsapp chat proof.

After applying the loan, we have got to understand that the flat doesnt have GHMC APPROVAL to be built because the approval for construction is only till 2nd floor and the flat for sale is on 3rd floor because of this banks said Loans cannot be approved .. So as loans cannot be approved for an illegally constructed flat, we have told seller that we dont want your flat and we asked him to refund the token advance of 1lakh rupees.. Seller is saying I will not refund the token advance till my flat is sold.

Please help me team. It has been more than 3months since I gave him 1lakh rupees. His flat is illegally constructed, so is the reason we couldnt get loan and cancelled our deal. I have all his copies of flat documents with me. Should I complaint it to Police or what should I do? Please help..

I had a call from the number [protected] many times as soon I receive the call it gets disconnected and when I try to call it, it says "the number you have dialled is busy" and hence I decided to do some research and found that this number is reported by 650 people as spam and fraud and also found that the number belongs to the location New Delhi, Kirari Suleman Nagar, Karawal Nagar.

I request you to please take strict action against this number.

I got a call via Indiamart on 28.03.2021 from a person claiming to be Manjeet Singh from Indian Army. His Mob No is - [protected].

He inquired about Refractory Bricks and told us that he requires the refractory bricks for Army Cantt. for furnace related work. We asked him the details as there is no Army Cantt in Faridabad Area but he assured us it is required in Sector-16 Faridabad Army Canteen area and he convinced us that he will pay advance payment against the same and his boss claimed to be Parveen Kumar (NAFEES) [protected] would do the transaction via google pay and paytm. We asked them to meet or share an official mail but they told us it is against the Army Protocol and they require it on an urgent basis. They shared a barcode with Army cheque written and told us to scan it and instead of getting advance payment via Paytm my account got debited by 19, 999/- and it turned out to be a fraud transaction.

When I started doubting them, they deleted the barcodes immediately, kept calling me and started begging not to make any complaints as they will lose their jobs. They made video calls wearing Army uniforms to assure us they were from Indian Army. I was out of station that day and blocked my Net Banking the same day itself.

I have filed a FIR with Cyber Cell Faridabad Police and also submitted complaints along with FIR copy to HDFC Bank, Paytm and Cybercrime.gov.in . Kindly look into the matter whether they have any links with the Indian Army or not as these fraudsters are committing crimes by misusing Indian Army's name. We trust Indian Army so we don't want fraudsters to misuse the name and dupe the citizens.

I came across a long list of complaints registered against this fraudster Manjeet Singh. His modus operandi is almost same in all the cases. Kindly take strict action against this person as soon as possible. He is quite active in social media platforms and has many contact nos. to dupe people. He should be arrested and put behind the bars as soon as possible otherwise he will keep on duping people on daily basis.

I am writing to enquire about the current electricity rate per unit, as i am staying in a pg accommodation in gyan khand-1 and we are asked to pay our bills at ₹7.33/unit
Just wanted to let you people know that extra charges are being implied without providing proper bills to us.
Till may 2018, the rates were ₹6.35/unit and just after that it was increased to ₹7.33/unit.
I googled the current electricity rates, and also asked around and got to know it should not be more than ₹5/unit. I think we are being tricked to pay more money than actual. Please look into the issue.

My indane gas cunsumer no. 20189. Gas is leaking from the cylinder supplied to us once we put in the regulator for consumption. We have been trying to reach the supplier (Hem gas agency, daryaganj new delhi 110002) but no one would pick up the phone & this is happened every time.

Pls help to sort out this problem.
