I have recharged rs 402(99 for prime membership and 303 for recarge) on my jio no. From jio app through paytm but the rechargd hav not been done.. I have deposited a HCL laptop for HDD change on 25 Aug 12, till today my laptop not repaired and when I called service center they only said simple one line excuse "Sir there is problem in supply when part come we will contact you".

If there is problem in supply and production then I get my laptop back and try to fix problem from outsider's computer repair shop.
