Iam paying my college fee through my college website and after filling debit card details i get a otp to complete transcation amount 14450 . after that i entered my otp later it shows the payment unsucceful in college website. But the money 14450 has been gone to OTHPH TECHNOLOGIES LTD MUMBAI. So i did not understand what happens to it....
