I had taken a flat with oyster living in 2016 or so in mira road they said flat will be ready by 2019 but no development seen because the zone is gone into green zone they have paid half money back remaining money they are giving excuses and gurantee will pay all the time..and making new papers with their confirmation and sign till now payment not done..the owner is not seen at all.. everytime we visit will say they will pay..but no use ..please don't invest in them they are fraud .

I paid 20 lac to Oyster Living as booking amount for their residential project at Kandivali, Mumbai in 2016. As there was no work on site till 2019, I cancelled the investment with promise from them for refund of entire amount within next 36 weeks. Its been over 4 years I havent received single penny from them. Every time they give excuse and new date for the refund. I have lost all the hope and might go to the extreme stage where either they will get harm or myself.

As due to false commitment they were suppose to refund the amount as per their tat but not they are failing in that commitment also as we have cancelled latst year and they said will clear all your due after 8 months and now its almost year but there is only 50k received and our 350000/- is still pending with them please requesting you to take action on oyster living.
