P c financial services Pvt limited/cashbean, executives are calling to pay loan in a day 4-5 times. But if we are on meeting or riding the vehicle if we are not able to pick the call they call to our family members and tell them to pay the amount. When we have taken loan and there Is time to pay the loan amount why the executives is calling to the family members to pay the emi amount

Sir this side sanjay arora. I have taken loan from p c financial services private limited, which is registered nbfc, regulated by rbi. I have paid all the the installments & dues on time before. But this time i'm not able to pay my dues right now. I need time for this. But they are levy heavy charges, which is against rbi guidelines. Customer care executive also behaving not well, & told e that ' paise to main ghar ke andar se niklva lunga'. Please look into this matter & provide the best possible solution asap.
