I booked my tickets two days prior to the travel date. there were continues communication via messages from paavan travels that my seat is confirmed. i reached the promised pick up location in andheri 1 hour prior to the departure & waited for like 2 hours for the bus. & when i called the travels people they said the bus is just about to come n after half an hour when i again called the travels people they said the bus has already left &...

Inconvenience caused and fraud done
-->I booked my ticket on 22 September 2011 from www.paavantravels.com for the bus Mumbai-Jamnagar Volvo Multi-axle of Rs 1200/- for 22 October 2011.
-->The reporting time was 9:00pm at Borivali.
Bus came 1.5 hours late at 10:30 and departed 11:00pm.
It reached Ahmedabad at 11:30am (Scheduled time was 8:00am).
-->We were forced to change bus at Paldi office to AC bus of Jain travels. Which was up to Rajkot...
